What do you like best about the product?
This platform has the capability of building Multi-Lingual bots with fewer code changes. This platform's ML and NLP engines are far better than others. They also have Pre-Build use cases, so we can easily use them and build bots on the go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. This bot platform is easily the best in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On using Kore.ai to build the bots for a Pharma customer, we have taken down manual intervention to a large extent which benefits a lot by taking down physical agents

Right now, there is nothing to complain about.

It helps build chatbots in a human conversational way with hybrid NLP features. And also great to have the feature of agent transfer.

A few of the features are not working with all languages, and this needs to be taken care of.

What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity with which the bot platform allows setting up NLP Engine for the bot to be more realistic and more user friendly, to build and use the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few issues but the platform team was able to resolve them with quick responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a Bot to help us with responding to some of our Customer service requests, With help of Kore.ai we are able to respond to generic customer service request

Great NLP based Chatbot Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to build chatbots and deploy them on various channels without necessarily needing to know detailed coding. Also having NLP inbuilt into the platform means that our developers/analysts building chatbots don't need to be data scientists.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deep, detailed, debugging can sometimes be a bit difficult - there are ofcourse debug tools available, however there are times when trying to trace back a certian bot interaction among thousands can be difficult from the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to enable clients via various channels without requiring us to build separate chatbots. This extends to being able to leverage existing chatbot flows for multiple languages. This allows us to scale out to multiple geographies/markets quickly and easily.

What do you like best about the product?
It is GUI based Tool, easy to use, needs minimum coding, good analytics and multiple channles Out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may work better on chat history logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps build conversation VA with an inbuilt NLP feature, testing utterances, and multiple options to integrate with APi. Middleware is available for agent transfer

What do you like best about the product?
kore.ai is a fantastic platform for developing Chatbot. We can create an intelligent bot using the platform. It has a handy and essential feature, such as a dialog/Intent builder, that makes it easy to build bots. Kore.ai has a fantastic user interface; anyone can easily drag and drop and deploy a bot using the platform. We can also integrate the bot with multiple social media platforms and websites/apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike because they keep fixing the bugs and other minor issues that we may face during the Chatbot development process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai is helping me build chatbots using less or no code, which helps save time.
