What do you like best about the product?
It is a low code no code platform, which helps to build the automations without any coding backgrounds and just logics.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now XO11 is a little bit slow and laggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coding problems, as it helps user to develop without having prior coding knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
The Platform comprises of "Comprehensive NLP Capabilities", "Omnichannel Deployement" and provides the Customization and Flexibility which plays a pivotal role in the robust performance of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The concern that I had faced is the system lags a bit ,when ever I perform any NLP configurations sometimes. So, as a enthustiatic learner it will be great hurdle to check with what has gone wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides the Enhanced Customer Service with Conversational AI which helps in the Streamlined Employee Support

What do you like best about the product?
It has a really good platform for making conversational AI and digital assistants. This platform can be used for plenty of use cases and also non developers can use it with ease. this platform also integrates very well with multiple channels making it easy to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, the platform can be a bit overwhelming at first because of the extensive features and need some training before we can fully utilize it. apart from that, i have no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating repetitive tasks and reducing manual effort is one of the benefits. Makes it easier for handling customer support requests across multiple channels. It can handle complex and routine questions which is a boon, integrates with multiple comm channels and even has a capacity to scale up. Personally , I like it.

What do you like best about the product?
I loved how simple and easy it is to use, plus the fact that it is capable of having so many tools available and complementary such as AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
On the other hand, I didn't really like that it was so complex to use the APIs or that some of their tools had such slow feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can solve problems of any kind, especially for access to frequent information that companies need about their products.

What do you like best about the product?
Kore.AI is one of its kind platform that helped me to created a chatbot for a healthcare use case. Its seamless functionality and the serial in which it appears is very helpful for a first-time user. The platform helps users to implement and integrate an idea quite easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I have not found anything that require negative feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As of now, I have used the Kore.AI platform for chatbots. So, it has helped me in creating chatbots that require minimum human intervention.

What do you like best about the product?
The trainings provided by the instructors were very helpful. The training portal as well was very nice and simple to use and learn. The platform on its own is very nicely built and makes creating bots very streamlined.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some points like, variable naming convention is not supported globally. For example in data tables if we define a variable "account_number" the underscore cant be used in other places such as digital forms which makes development a little tricky.
