Impressed with the Interface
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very easy to learn. The interface is very friendly for building. I am very much interested to learn with this platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing much to dislike, but two days training can be increased to 3days with less hours. That would be comfortable to attend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Innovative platform, no - code tools and solutions are used to deliver end to end customers and employee experiences.

Dark them missing : Being a developer habitual of using dark theme IDEs, i find little difficult to develop in light them

No RBAC feature in search assist,Search assit

Using Kore.ai I can easily build Voice bots and connect user with Live agent using smart assist, integrating API's with no hustle

Its UI is very easy. Documentation is good.

Need more examples in documentation and Forums response is very slow.

Its solving the problem for general and intelligent conversations which saves time for an individual. Its handling of many queries saves time.

Development training for AI chatbot .. learnt many things like NLP engine, Intent and entity patterns

I did not feel any dislikes on Kore.AI platform

nothing major i founf but sometime website cache issue infaced and lagging becase of that faced dificulties

The work flow is pretty simple and user-friendly. Auto save option makes developers life easy.

While interacting with data base,I felt inconvenience. It would be good if you can make it more user friendly to retrieve data and add new data atleast for some testing purpose.
