What do you like best about the product?
Kore is User friendly and easy to create. Having many things to learn and hands on. Application integrations are really good. Easy to implement. Very supportive to customer. Mostly, customer will give preference to Kore.AI applications. User can easily communicate with Kore.AI applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
For new updates, Kore.ai applications are taking time and getting stuck while we work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.ai is providing a platform where we can create an applications. By using those applications, customer feedbacks will get improved and we can increase customer benefits too.

What do you like best about the product?
Platform was easy to navigate. I really liked that the dev platform was divided into 3 features 1) Design 2) Dev & 3)Training. Being able to design the bot and the design automatically converting to a dev flow was pretty convenient. I also liked the feature of sharing ongoing progress with other stakeholders to test and add comments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it difficult to debug issues. It would be nice while testing the flow a colored line is shown throughout the flow to tell us which path was traversed. Also I didn't find the option to delete intents or delete flows as a whole, you have manually delete each step which can be tiresome.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has totally no code environment which is pretty comprehensive for any beginner with no code knowledge. The interface is really cool and smooth to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the portal gets hanged and the website doesn't work properly if we click the "Previous Page" button in the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making the process of creating excellent VAs 100x faster and better by integrating AI tools like OpenAI.
Kore.AI simplified the complexities that would occur when creating a chatbot.
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple and very easy to create the chat bot. Lot of integeration options and features to train it with are available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would be to provide a little more clarity on the training and the inference section as scrolling through the json output in order to identify the exact reason as to why that intent was picked up was little tedious and the graphical insite is not as detailed as the json format in the utterance test case.

What do you like best about the product?
Kore.AI helps us to create chatbot easily without writing any code. It has drag and drop features which makes chatbot creation process very easy and also provide support of external service integration which makes it good chatbot creation platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't find anything dislike about that but it may take some time to understand entire features and portal.
