I like in the kore its so easy too use and easy to implement better fetures in this to support there customers frequently use easly to integrate the things on plaeforms.

I encounter significant delays during building and testing chatbot. but after publishing it working as expected

What do you like best about the product?
The call center solution has changed how we work, made us more efficent. It's like night and day. Our reps are happier, and m,ore importantly so are our clients. It makes brining up information "and" suggestions that are spot on. It is also very easy to use, and since they help with Customer Support, their Customer Support is excellent, and it was very easy to integrate into our system solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price, not surprising. Minor, and I mean very minor bugs, which do get fixedm and sometimes quicker than I thought would be the case.
