Complaynce Makes GRC Easy: User-Friendly, Fast-Improving, and Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
Complaynce is a very user-friendly tool that makes the GRC process much easier. The support team is amazing, and the product keeps improving, with new features being added regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I genuinely like everything about this tool, and honestly, I can’t find a single major flaw in it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
GRC processes can be tedious, but using a solid tool like Complyance, with its AI feature, helps streamline the work, shorten the overall process, and make everything feel much more manageable.
Easy-to-Use Platform with Exceptional Support and Time-Saving AI
What do you like best about the product?
Complyance is very easy to use. It's great to have policies, controls, risk register and vendor management all under one platform. Support has been exceptional of walking our team through the process. AI features make process much faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes. It would save us more time if reports had more export formats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just having one platform for all our GRC needs saves us so much time. AI feature is very beneficial.
Flexible Integrations and AI checks and Customization Backed by Amazing Support
What do you like best about the product?
Ease if customizations and flexibility with integrations. Separately, the customer success team and support is amazing. They really want to ensure they understand you flows and guide you through how to make the best use of the tool. The AI on top of the controls is very easy to use and customize as well. Enables explainability for regular control owners and auditors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI at the control level could be different along with the dashboarding. It is limited dashboarding in comparison to other tools. However, it does enable us to export data out easily so if we have broader dashboarding needs to use a Tableau as an example, it enables us to do that.

It helps us to have all-in-one, monitoring, reporting, documentation and reduces manual effort.

I do not dislike anything about Complyance.

It simplifies a very complex project It is benefiting me in the way of automation, clarity and usability.

What do you like best about the product?
Complyance is a complete tool that allows hard and intense projects become easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about complyance tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Audit process was simplified by Complyance. Turning a week long process into a two day process thanks to it's automation future.
Intuitive GRC Platform with Unmatched Support and Fast Deployment
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is far more intuitive than past tools I’ve used, such as Archer or Prevalent. Uploading our organizational data and the overall deployment led by the Complyance team were superior to any platform I’ve worked with previously. The Complyance team is meticulous and genuinely supportive; the way they developed our environment, along with the pace of deployment, meant the entire effort took only a few months from start to finish.
Their ongoing support, regular meetings, and backend services have been unmatched in my 50 years of IT deployments. On top of that, the Complyance team’s friendly, competent approach and diverse skill set helped ensure a smooth migration to this GRC solution.
The features and capabilities, along with the incorporation of AI, are a real selling point. They help support a continuous relationship and reduce the risk of this platform becoming a typical “sunk cost” after a year or two, as I’ve seen happen with other platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and scalable. It’s a great platform for beginners and advanced skill sets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard reporting is currently lacking, although it sounds like updates are on the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leadership visibility, and it helps keep us audit-ready as an organization.
Intuitive platform and innovative AI releases
What do you like best about the product?
The configurability of every aspect in the platform makes it feel like it was custom built for our organization - even though implementation only took a few weeks! The UI is intuitive which makes it straightforward to onboard new joiners.
The team have been strong partners and are very transparent with their roadmap which is unusual in my experience. 2026 has a lot of great features and they've supported me in building the business case internally for more of their AI agentss.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have budget currently for all the modules so am with another tool while we transition over our policy workflow and trust center.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We follow a number of NIST frameworks (CSF, 800-171 and 800-53), PCI DSS and ISO 27001 and 27701. Our audits have become less of a headache and I hear a lot less moaning from other team when assigning out controls. I've had positive feedback from the DevOps and Eng teams due to the integrations - for NIST CSF, it's lessened our number of evidence requests by almost 70%.
TPRM and ERM are newer focuses for us as a business and the Complyance team have been very supportive in building up out process internally. They share a lot of best practice guidance and have great resources I can share wiht the team.

Compliance made easier and less stressful
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is simple and clear to use. It takes away the complexity of compliance tasks and gives real confidence that everything is under control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really negative to say. If anything, I would like to see even more integrations added in the future, but overall the platform works smoothly and reliably.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It replaces manual spreadsheets and disconnected tools with one centralized system. This saves time, reduces errors, and helps us stay ready for audits without the last-minute rush.
Flawless, accessible and world class professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple yet powerful platform. Straight forward navigation and reporting. Easy to train internal staff with little to no experience. Compared to other platforms Complyance is the most efficient non-complicated platform of my choice. Reporting options and solutions are effective for all levels of the organization.
The professionals assigned to implementation provide deep knowledge and experience and communicate such in an easy to understand capacity. Readily available and exceeded our expectations.

No downsides compared to other platforms I've used in the past 15 years. Complyance platform is the most straight forward powerful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Powerful "management tool" to evaluate, manage and mitigate risks within our organization. Complyance provides strong credibility as we mature our risk management program using technical solutions that are both simple and powerful (e.g., inventory, manage, quantify and reporting).
