Straightforward and effective compliance tool
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is intuitive and our team picked it up quickly without much training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant, maybe some integrations took a little longer to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removes a lot of manual overhead and makes our compliance program consistent.
Trustworthy reliable partner for compliance work
What do you like best about the product?
The automation saves me time and headaches. I appreciate the regular introduction of new options that confirm the software is up-to-date and keeps pace with the compliance field.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes but recognise that the system is still being developed and extended. It is easy to navigate and seems to cover most of the integrations that we use. Complyance continues to add new options regularly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer have to chase colleagues for documentation. Everything is collated in one place.
Smart compliance software that saves time
What do you like best about the product?
The AI features and automation make a big difference. It’s much faster than manual methods.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t recall anything major or worth mentioning. Which is good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s reduced manual effort, improved consistency, and sped up our compliance cycles.
A reliable compliance partner with strong AI
What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes it easy to stay on top of audits without drowning in manual work. The AI suggestions save a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing major comes to mind, though sometimes I wish reports had more export formats. It’s still much better than other tools I’ve tried.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps reduce audit prep time and ensures controls are continuously monitored. We spend less time chasing evidence and more time on strategy.
New to the tool, but so far so good
What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes compliance feel simple. It takes away the confusion, gives clear visibility across all tasks, and helps the team stay focused without wasting time on admin. There are lots of integrations and the team has been really helpful, and really helping with the implementation of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t anything I genuinely dislike. The experience has been smooth and reliable. As I said I am new to the tool, so if something comes up I will share.

It removes the pain of manual compliance work, keeps evidence in one place, and helps us stay audit-ready without the stress. Their AI seems amazing I must say.
GRC Management with Complyance
What do you like best about the product?
The Complyance team has been great to work with and have been very helpful throughout the process of implementation/getting the tool stood up in our environment. They are great with helping us make the most out of the platform and provide quick/useful feedback and assistance when needed. The GRC platform itself is simple to use and very straightforward, which our company appreciates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really any dislikes; our company is still getting some modules set up, but so far so good with the modules we have been using (i.e. Third Party Risk Management, Risk Management, Controls Management).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Complyance GRC Platform has really assisted our company by being an easy to use tool for our GRC management. Other tools we have used in the past have been overly complex to administer for a company our size. Complyance so far has been a great fit for us and our GRC needs.
Couldn't recommend enough - powerful features, smart AI, and a great partner to work with
What do you like best about the product?
The product and the team are brilliant. First off, the implementation was incredibly smooth! Our account lead guided us every step of the way and made sure we were set-up with best practices and scalability from the start. The team take the time to properly onboard you, even if it's takes a while in our case, and we've had great feedback from our control owners on how easy it is to navigate!
The tool has some neat features and the AI and agents have given my team real efficiencies in how we work. We have been supported most by the AI triaging evidence during an audit and we used our previous auditor comments to inform the criteria. I reckon the team has saved 100+ hours on our recent HITRUST audit and team morale is higher than previous years. We've also been able to automate collection on 60% of our work from Azure, AWS, SharePoint, Rapid7 and Jira. The team made this process easy without too much load on our IT team.
Would recommend to anyone who's underwater in the GRC/Security space!

It helps cut down the manual work we used to do for audits and compliance tracking. The AI features grab evidence and map controls automatically, and the integrations make it easy to keep everything connected. Been the smoothest audit to date
