What do you like best about the product?
Automates full workflows, not just text output, letting the agent complete multi-step tasks within your system.

Keeps you in control. Every action is logged and subject to your approvals.

Saves significant manual effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that really jumps out, but maybe having some out-of-the-box customization options wouldn't hurt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Governance, Risk, and Compliance. In such a new and rapidly growing space, having this service makes me feel at ease.

What do you like best about the product?

Honestly, there’s nothing I actively dislike. If anything, I’d just like to see even more integrations in the future because the platform has been so smooth to use so far.

What do you like best about the product?

I don’t have any real dislikes. The system has worked smoothly for us. I hear that more features are coming so that is great.

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation of the product has been very straightforward. We appreciate the Complyance team handling some of the tedious tasks and making our lives easier. It is impressive that the development team continues to add features and functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the upcoming functionality will improve our user experience when it comes to viewing prior year evidence and alignment of controls to multiple owners / responsible personnel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complyance is providing: a) a more user friendly platform for managing our IT Risk Management, b) the ability to use evidence across multiple audits, c) easier and better tracking of tasks associated with audits, d) addressing a deficiency in the vendor management area.

Complyance Stands Sut as a Unique Partner in the GRC Space

What do you like best about the product?
Being responsible for the Compliance and Risk Management roles in my organization, from the start, Complyance met our core GRC needs (tracking against industry-standard controls, custom control creation, evidence collection and alignment to multiple control standards, vendor risk management, and Risk Register management), while providing any easy-to-use interface for our stakeholders. Managing access to platform for those stakeholders has been easy with clearly defined and easy to manage roles.

Most importantly, Complyance has been a true partner in configuring the platform and getting it aligned to our internal business processes and company culture. Initial implementation was completed quickly and easily. With our previous GRC product, my team spent most of our time managing the tool, building process flows, adding fields and enhancing functionality. In contrast, with Complyance my team is able to focus on the already complex work of managing our GRC program with Complyance playing a central role in coordinating efforts, providing visibility and growing a shared understanding of our risks and controls.

The platform has also allowed us to integrate evidence from our ticketing system, our productivity suite's cloud storage, and our wiki pages, allowing us to pull in timely evidence while giving stakeholders a more active role in understanding and managing control compliance. The leadership team's experience in the Compliance and GRC space is also apparent as they have provided useful insights and have been professional throughout.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we had a full development team looking for a product in which to invest their time, or if we required very complex reporting out to third party ERP solutions, we would likely need more time to coordinate the initial setup with the support team at Complyance.

The platform is less customizable than other solutions I have used, but that may be part of what has made it so effective for my team and our stakeholders. For those more complex requests, we have needed to hand the work over to the Complyance support and engineering teams to address for us. The wait may be a bit longer, but the solutions have generally met the stated need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest challenge for us was providing leadership with enough visibility into our GRC and vendor management programs while not bogging down our operational teams with excessive additional work. Another key issue was with managing evidence collection for control management and use in our external audits and assessments. Complyance has helped us address both of these needs simultaneously.

Our stakeholders within the operational teams now have access to a straight-forward tool that cuts to the chase, showing them the controls and tasks that are their responsibility, the health of those controls and associated evidence, and the status of any assigned tasks. Add to that regular messaging, and our operational stakeholders get a better sense of what is required and what will be required in the future without much additional headache. Additionally, it has provided a location where they can submit and manage evidence which can be used for both internal controls (across multiple industry standards) and external assessments. Complyance also makes a conservative use of AI to suggest how best to link submitted evidence to the controls we are tracking, as well as with generating plans for addressing control deficiencies.

For leadership, the product provides reporting around control failures, open risks, and the overall performance of the GRC program. This is increasing visibility into compliance and risk operations and allowing us to further mature our programs.
