What do you like best about the product?
We're using Complyance to streamline our PCI 4.0 and SOC 2 audit preparation. It keeps the process structured and efficient, and we especially appreciate how easy it is to access evidence from past audits. It's a solid product that’s made a real difference for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. I don't have any negative experience with Complyance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering evidences for PCI and SOC2 audit.

I would like to have a option to see the exact wording of each control of the mapped criteria accessible by one click directly from our controls.

What do you like best about the product?
I had the pleasure of working with the implementation team for our new compliance dashboard, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish.
From the initial consultation to the final deployment, the team was professional, responsive, and also ensured seamless integration with our existing systems, making the transition smooth and effortless. They were always available to answer questions, resolve any concerns, and offer insightful recommendations on how to optimize the dashboard for our compliance tracking.
The dashboard itself is user-friendly and robust, providing us with real time data essential for maintaining compliance across various regulations.

- Some settings and reporting features could be more flexible to adapt to specific business needs.
- The search bar cross mapping the risks to teh controls could be improved (search by criteria)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complyance is a solid choice for compliance management, offering an easy-to-use interface, good support, and essential automation features. With improved customization and integrations, it could be even better.
Smooth and responsive implementaiton
What do you like best about the product?
Our use case for Complyance is a bit different. Meg and Richa made it work and it has been a huge improvement for us. They are extremely responsive, yet sensitive to our timelines and busy schedules. It was clear they wanted to make our implementation as smooth as possible. They came to us with workflow improvement suggestions, took the time to document our new workflows for us and were very responsive to our questions and issues. In addition to an excellent implementation experience, they are always open to product improvement suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downsides for us is that the task center is not user specific (which I understand is in the development process) and the analytics we need are not automated, which can be overcome with the reporting feature.

Top Contender in the GRC Tool Market
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep everything GRC related central to the platform, without the need to recreate processes and tracking via archaic methods like Excel and email.
Previously platforms I have utilized don't quite have the algorithm right. There is a disconnect between functionality and process driven requirements, not with Complyance. Down to the tasking/notifications/ability to customize your portal to your business need, Complyance hits the mark.
So far, I am roughly 7-8 weeks into implementation. No complaints whatsoever and the implementation team we have is phenomenal. Kudos to Meg for her stellar work in building to our needs!

What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found any downside to the product at this point. The development team, led by Richa Kaul, is ultra responsive and lends a listening ear where suggestions and improvements are noted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation & Streamlining processes,Tracking GRC related findings/controls/KPIs, centralizing functions such as policy approvals, vendor risk, and compliance efforts.
These methods have replaced, in some cases, antiquated processes that were not offering a holistic view of GRC. In other cases, Complyance has allowed our organization to move forward and build processes using their platform as the backbone to our GRC Ops.

Help us manage SOC2
What do you like best about the product?
We used to do everything for SOC2 on Excel sheets. Complyance helps us get through our SOC2 prep in a more structured way and without needing as many meetings to go over work manually. I also like that we can easily see the evidence that was used to pass the audit last year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. I think it is a great product.

My team was spending a lot of time manually adding evidence to Sharepoint folders with links in Excels. Now there is one central place for us to see everything.
Easy to use GRC platform
What do you like best about the product?
Complyance is an easy to use GRC platform that we use for continious auditing. After evaluating several solution the Complyance team convinced us with their focus on partnership during implementation and integrating the solution in our system environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there are already a wide selection of features available in the solution, some additional functionalities and additional pre-configured integrations would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for an GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) tool for continious auditing in order to automate manual controls. With Complyance we have the integration in our Cloud environment and several SaaS connections to automate these controls.

Complyance makes managing and tracking compliance documents incredibly easy.
Additionally, the support team is very knowledgeable and responsive, assisting us with any questions promptly.

What do you like best about the product?
Complyance helps us get through our audits and retain our compliance standards easily and in an organized way. And they provided tailored and valuable support that made us feel like we had a partner in achieving our compliance goals from Day 1.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I didn't find them earlier and wasted time on other tools!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used another competitor tool before Complyance, and it did not actively help us get through compliance audits. Complyance actually helped us achieve and retain our compliance certifications, so that we feel much more in control of our compliance today.
