Robust and intuitive GRC platform
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard is visual and provides a summary of our current risk profile . The onboarding process was smooth with ease of navigation for new users to be acclimatized. The robust feature of mapping an evidence to overlapping controls across many frameworks was a lifeline for my org. The reporting interface provides customizable and real-time data to enable our stakeholders understand their risk posture and compliance status. Overall Complyance is a reliable GRC tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
No negative experience worthy of mention. The complyance team were readily available for prompt support.

The Complyance Team Provides More Than Just A GRC Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
The Complyance Team is top notch! We have been blown away by the assistance we have received from the team since the very beginning. We've tried out a few GRC tools with no luck prior to using Complyance, and they generally hand over the product and have you run with it or maybe with one week of assistance. The Complyance Team took the approach to work with us from the start to ensure Complyance is exactly what we need it to be and more, and they continue to do so with weekly updates and responsive emails to our questions in between updates. Resulting in implementation being a breeze! They are also very eager to make the best product they can and want to receive any/all feedback! It's been great working with them and they have provided much more value that I thought we would receive. The tool itself is user friendly and integrates well into our current processes. Our team is and will be using Complyance on a daily basis and look forward to how it can make our workflows more efficient and effective than it already has!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note here. If there has been any roadblocks or not user-friendly issues, the Complyance Team immediately takes the feedback and provides a solution to keep us moving along.

Creating more efficient and effective workflows for vendor management, risk management, policies, and controls.
Expert guidance throughout the entire process
What do you like best about the product?
After working with a few other companies trying to achieve SOC 2 compliance, I was starting to feel discouraged. Then I was introduced to Complayance, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. They guided me through every step, answering all my questions and providing clear, expert guidance throughout the entire process. They took what seemed like a complex, challenging journey and made it straightforward and manageable. The platform was user-friendly, the team was knowledgeable and supportive, and the whole experience felt seamless. I’ll definitely continue working with them for all of our company's compliance needs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complyance is solving the complexity of managing and maintaining compliance controls by automating, configuring, and simplifying the process. This platform makes it easy to oversee and manage our controls, ensuring we stay on top of company compliance and are well-prepared for audits. By reducing the manual effort required and streamlining compliance tasks, Complyance saves us time and resources, minimizes the risk of errors, and provides peace of mind that we are audit-ready at all times.
Easy to use, great customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Very straightforward product, required no training for control owners. Impact: we spent about half the prep time for our audit compared to past years. Very responsive customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Policy Center is an additional price on top of Controls Management Module
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously did all of our audit prep in Excel and Sharepoint. We would get the audit request list, upload to Sharepoint, split it up by control owner, manually send out requests and chase them, and then review the evidence and make changes before finalizing and having to upload again into a separate auditor portal. We spent weeks and weeks on this manual work, and it was a mess. Complyance gave us structure and control over this, using automations instead of doing it manually.
