Atrium gives you the visibility you need

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Atrium helps me see all the activity streams and with the addition of the Sales Coach it turns the up front activities into actionable insights. I'm looking forward to extending this access to the reps and making the coaching direct and transparent. This is going to be a big accelerator.

Implementation was super simple and the support has been high touch and very helpful. I've been onbaording more folks across different functions and have appreciated the ability to have the Atrium team jump on a call and get the team trained.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, works as expected and makes like easier for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily gain visibility into the team's activity and help folks understand what actions they can take to increase their shots on goal.

What do you like best about the product?
Atrium's combination of user-friendly design, powerful features, and exceptional customer support makes it an invaluable asset for any Sales organization. Also, Atrium is pushing AI features which can further help with resurfsace actionable insight and help with coaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite its intuitive design, some users may find that there is still a learning curve associated with mastering all of Atrium's features and functionalities. New users may require some time to familiarize themselves with the platform, which could temporarily impact productivity. On the other hand, customer support is a tangible strong point of Atrium and they will try their best to help anyone fully onboard.
I can also imagine integrations being a little bit stronger in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Atrium is helping us with resurfacing any performance details of our Sales Team. We can easily compare teams or individuals and see trends for every KPI.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Atrium now for my pipeline calls with the team. I worked with my CSM to build out reports that were relevant, and now it's really easy to see the relevant relating to my reps outbounding efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a few tries to get used to it (I had been using another platform for 5 years prior) but once set up, it's totally worth the change!

Great Sales Team Management and Metrics Tool

What do you like best about the product?
Atrium is easy to use and easy implement compared to a lot of sales managment/reporting softwares - I've used other competitors that feel like they require a team to run and set-up the software. Atrium comes very out of the box and self-serves for the most part after initial set-up, creating a great foundation to build on as time allows.

It has helped our sales managers have more effective and efficient 1:1s and diagnose issues and disparities earlier in the sales cycle. It helps our team hone in on data not as easily available in Salesforce around opportunity health, rep activity, and conversion rates. It's a great price point as well and a huge win for smaller companies. The customer support is also awesome and so responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is frustrating to not be able to filter on items I am able to filter on in Salesforce, in addition as reps move among different teams, I haven't found a good way to retain the data within the time period they ere on the specific team. The foldering system also feels a little messy/clunky to me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Performance Management and different metrics lense than Salesforce can provide.

Solid insights for managing large teams

What do you like best about the product?
I can easily see how teams are tracking overall with both leading and lagging indicators. It allows me to see individual performance as well, allow for early intervention and support to get peak performance out of everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's probably too many options and ways to slice the data! Not sure if it's bad since you can see pretty much everything. Anyone using it needs to be very clear on what exactly their goals are in order to get the most value out of atrium.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insight to how teams and individual AEs are performing with both leading and lagging indicators.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Atrium. It has made managing my team so much easier. The ease of us and AI insights to Sales Management has increased the effieceny of my ability to work and coach my team. It's really easy to build reports and get meaningful insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the UI and ho you drill into your cards, but its still world class.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me get insights that would otherwise takes me hours to find in SFDC.

What do you like best about the product?
The Atrium team did a phenomenal job of onboarding our team. We were provided with a clear overview of the system and how we were expected to interact with it.

The insights provided by the daily coaching reports have become an importat part of my morning routine. The fact that all of the metrics are actionable can't be highlighted enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occationally, the metrics aren't completely correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The automated activity tracking is helpful in guiding my daily work.

What do you like best about the product?
Data Insights and the coaching feature are the best. Allows me to see trends in my rep's day to day activities and act on them quickly and in real time. The coaching feature adds AI to the mix and helps me understand areas of improvement for my team too!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides when you are getting the data you need to run your business effectively
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me track and understand the day to day activity metrics for my SDR team and areas where we can improve to acheive the desired results for our business.
