What do you like best about the product?
We broke up with Clari because they no longer paid attention to us and stopped keeping their promises. Peter sold us on the vision of how Atrium could provide AI driven insights and coaching to our Sales Leaders. Then Deb, our master implementation specialist, went above and beyond in ways I couldn't have imagined! I never knew what a truly outstanding implementation looks like. I've been used to mediocre experiences with Sales Tools for so long, that I didn't realize how I SHOULD be treated. Maybe that's because Atrium isn't just a Tool, is Solution fueled by an energized team of people who actually care about you. Deb and Peter aren't just our partners, they're Tribe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the best aspects of Atrium also come with some downsides. Atrium's focus on Pipeline Management and AI driven sales coaching has enabled them to build a world class tool that is so easy and intuitive that my sales leaders can't get enough of it! My most change adverse front line leaders are now building their own dashboards (something we in RevOps didn't have the time to support). That same focus means that Atrium cannot [yet] replace all of Clari's forecasting functionality. Therefore we paired Atrium with Salesforce's Forecast module which has led to better results, happier sales teams and a MUCH better customer support experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Atrium allows us in RevOps to do more with same. In any given week, we find ourselves consumed by high priority requests, fire drills, and large cross-functional projects, with little time left over for 'Run the business' activities. Thanks to our incredible onboarding and training program (led by the unbelievably amazing Deb), Atrium functions like another member of our team. Atrium delivers regular insights and reporting to our front line leaders to help them run their business and coach their reps. The BEST part of Atrium are the Stories it tells. Stories like "here are your top three reps this week who are creating new pipeline with larger deal values, AND who are advancing their current pipeline at a healthy pace." Stories like, "here are two reps who need help setting follow up meetings on late stage opportunities, which may explain why so many of their opps are getting stuck halfway through the funnel." These stories are driving better pipeline hygiene because now reps have visibility into the percentage of their pipeline in 'Poor Health' (FYI their health score is incredible because it's so robust AND it's easy to understand the Why behind each score). Finally, I love Atrium because every single person we've spoken with, from Peter in Sales and Deb in implementation all the way up their company founders Pete and Jason, truly listened to our needs. While they couldn't implement a few things we've asked for, they immediately actioned whatever they can and generously put our most important enhancement requests on their product roadmap. We are so aligned, that Peter and Deb are just part of our team, and everyone in sales knows it.

What do you like best about the product?
- Better visibility and pipeline inspection.
- Helps us see ramping reps activity in a better light compared to their peers while they were ramping as well.
- Sales coach !!

What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to be able to have viewer/builder licenses model that can still look at the alerts and the metrics/warnings without needing a full license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
better visibility into our sales performance.
Multiple lenses that would take forever to build in-house with Salesforce or other BI tools.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability for sales managers to quickly glean insights about their teams performance. They also clearly define the metrics that they are displaying.
What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards and reports lack some ability to group in ways that could be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving Managers the tooling needed to stay on top of their teams' ramping and performance.

Great motivation/organization tool for sales!

What do you like best about the product?
The daily Atrium reminders are great motivation and really provide me a better understanding of my pipeline and what I need to focus on!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some data linking can be irrelevant but mostly it's very synced with our CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's providing me a focus on where I need to be with my weekly activities. For example, focusing on prospecting or if I need to increase my calls to achieve specific sales goals.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI coaching tool is great for managers to use for coaching and 1:1's and develop strong data insights
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to be more adaptable to systems and fields for reporting and goal tracking (requires some work around)

Helping us understand where to coach AE's and focus Sales Enablement on the biggest weaknesses across the sales team

Customizable Metric Dashboards for the Sales / Revenue Leader

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful part of Atrium is that I can login and instantly see the metrics that we track. Bookings, Pipeline, Calls, Emails, Meetings, etc. The part that I enjoy is how quickly I can view the data in Atrium vs running reports in SFDC. The way the product allows me to quickly splice the data by month, quarter, year, last year, last quarter, etc is unlike any reporting system that I have used. I also appreciate the fact that is is customizable for the dashboards I need to use my day to day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are convincing your revops team that you need a vendor to do this rather than. custom build from the ground up ;)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of running reports in SFDC is onerous, clunky and bloated. Atrium runs those same reports faster and more easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Atrium serves as the best complement to SFDC reporting. It allows us to view more granular data around pipeline health, rep activity, and win rate that would be either impossible or harder to pull in SFDC. It provides straight forward visuals that make it easy for reps and leadership to know what they need to improve/change.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had some minor feature requests but overall the team is responsive and receptive to these requests!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Atrium has really helped us understand the health of our pipeline and what needs the most attention in any given moment. It has helped us with forecasting, finding out trends in our opportunities/sales cycles early, and has drastically improved our salesforece hygiene.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Atrium is that it can create meaningful insights from a number of different data sources which is important to measure the productivity of your sales reps. Often times you are completely reliant on CRM data which can be problematic depending on the hygeine of your CRM. Atrium integrates with gmail as well as other sources of relevant data to give you a more complete picture of how sales reps are doing. In addition to that it allows much greater insight into the data at different points in time. I can easily see metrics at various different time frames and it's super easy to access in a dashboard form. I also really enjoy the functionality of being able to push notifications to slack channels and email for visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Atrium and the insight it gives you however there is a little bit of a barrier to entry to understand how it works. Their support team has been great but usually you have a few users who really know what they are doing and they dictate what metrics are more seen but that is the case with most technology. So atrium isn't much different in that regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Atrium is solving the ability for increased visibility into key metrics and the ability to filter that information easily accross different time periods.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Atrium helps me see all the activity streams and with the addition of the Sales Coach it turns the up front activities into actionable insights. I'm looking forward to extending this access to the reps and making the coaching direct and transparent. This is going to be a big accelerator.

Implementation was super simple and the support has been high touch and very helpful. I've been onbaording more folks across different functions and have appreciated the ability to have the Atrium team jump on a call and get the team trained.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, works as expected and makes like easier for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily gain visibility into the team's activity and help folks understand what actions they can take to increase their shots on goal.

What do you like best about the product?
Atrium's combination of user-friendly design, powerful features, and exceptional customer support makes it an invaluable asset for any Sales organization. Also, Atrium is pushing AI features which can further help with resurfsace actionable insight and help with coaching.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite its intuitive design, some users may find that there is still a learning curve associated with mastering all of Atrium's features and functionalities. New users may require some time to familiarize themselves with the platform, which could temporarily impact productivity. On the other hand, customer support is a tangible strong point of Atrium and they will try their best to help anyone fully onboard.
I can also imagine integrations being a little bit stronger in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Atrium is helping us with resurfacing any performance details of our Sales Team. We can easily compare teams or individuals and see trends for every KPI.
