What do you like best about the product?
They are very keen to improve the platform and listen to our comments. Also, the support service is excellent and fixes issues very quickly. I think the service is very adaptive and can cater to each client's needs, which we like a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you start on the platform, it can be a bit overwhelming for someone not used to the site, and the inbuilt user guide is not the most helpful. Imagen is fixing this by adding an extra tab where we can add our user guides, so the problem is resolved now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As stated above, they are changing the platform to fit our needs. They have changed the layout so it is more relevant to our needs and keep informing us of new updates to the site that might best suit us.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to media log files on the platform has made it easier for PAC12 schools to search and download files. The user-friendly platform has taken a load off of our production departments which in the past would send files to our schools manually. Account Managers and Support Teams are always available.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be beneficial to be able to migrate media logs to Imagen from 3rd party MAM systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Files are downloaded and accessible to us much quicker. The media logging function allows us to download clips instead of bulk files. The ability to download and send clips outside our organization using AFD.

What do you like best about the product?
Our global offices can share assets easily and quickly. The portal is straightforward to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are reliant on our own staff (which can have a high turnover) to tag correctly to utilise the portal in the best way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to store content centrally and share it easily with HQ and global offices. The account team have also been incredibly supportive with repurposing the portal to our needs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be clear about your objectives and the team can help to cutomise it to your needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Imagen listens and understands our long term objectives and is keen to assist in our success. They also understand our commercial offering and limitations as a Military Charity.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have many global clients and it is always difficult to manage the expectations of all of them. We are always looking for enhancements and updates for the product to be more agile and quicker to release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To create and develop a more intuitive administration dashboard, allowing a more joined-up thinking approach to the overall functionality and user experience, developing a stable agile e-commerce service incorporating many file formats and asset types. Allowing adaptable functionality as users' experience develops and expands.

What do you like best about the product?
The public facing software is simple to use but provides superior technical results. Their team care about your customers as much as you do and strive to improve their product every day to maximise your content's potential. The flexibility of the software and the inbuilt functionality makes it a "one-stop-shop" for us, we no longer require different software packages to produce the final product, it's all integrated into the one reliable, secure platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Imagen allows you a great deal of administrative access into the back areas of the platform, we worry that we will mess something up! The platform is continually evolving, if there's a feature you want, or changes to be made, they will add, take away or invent them to improve their product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Imagen allows us to protect and subsequently share regimental museum archive collections with the public in one place. It provides the museum staff with tools to engage with and improve their catalogues, educate and share with the public and produce a revenue stream to improve their long term sustainability. 20,000 online visitors in less than 6 months have generated income, interest, publicity and pride in those collections. The museums state they've received more media attention and have seen visitor numbers increase as awareness of their holdings increases.

Imagen thrives on detail, tell them everything including future aspirations and current requirements. Don't be afraid to ask question after question or for further detail on their responses.

What do you like best about the product?
The storage capacity has been great along with functionality such as sending downloadable links and clipping out content
What do you dislike about the product?
Some broadcasters unwilling to use the platform to download large files

We still need to get our head displaying the content in a more user-friendly manner

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use support system with a quick response time. User friendly from a technician's viewpoint and as well as the end user's. Imagen is happy to hear feedback and ideas for new features etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that could be tidied up within workflows. E.G. the different media ingest workflow options on our Player. Only one is needed/used but there are 3 listed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Imagen is currently solving the issue with our outdated on-prem hardware storing our master files. Working with Imagen to centralise the storage of our media into one place (Wasabi) instead of having it scattered across various servers.

Explain what your main idea and endpoint is and Imagen will do their best to match your needs.

The front end is very simple to use and user friendly for both clients and staff.
The support Imagen provide is great from the daily support to account management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found you do have to take the time to learn the admin side of the tool to understand how to best use the platform capabilities.

Imagen has allowed us to distribute content in a streamlined workflow, reducing manual uploads.
