What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion, Code42 is the best vendor we work with at our company. They are very responsive to customer questions and are always open to hearing feedback or enhancement requests. With Code42, you can be assured of a good customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints with Code42 as a vendor or the products they sell.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Backup, Restore, Security Center

What do you like best about the product?
The support is amazing! The title customer champion is well deserved with them. I know that if I have a problem that Code 42 and the amazing people that run it are there to help in every possible way. I have to deal with a lot of support from many different companies and Code 42 has always been a call that I don't cringe at having to make as they make the difference from just support and what a customer support champion is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Everything I have ever done with Code 42 has been a breeze!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well crypto viruses for one, HIPAA compliance backup and always having piece of mind knowing everything is safe and secure!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The server software can be a little odd to get the hang of at first but once you do it all kind of just clicks!

What do you like best about the product?
The best code for me, its utility and ease when you practice it is amazing, but you have to put in the effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes you get stuck if something goes wrong, but with practice everything gets resolved. You must put in effort because it is very useful, but it is also complicated to learn. Even so, I recommend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, problems with Backups and Data Security, the benefits were being able to solve the problems I had.

What do you like best about the product?
It has helped us with our end-user data for our cloud infrastructure. We have been able to launch automatic collection via a lightweight agent on our Windows 10 desktops.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of our user complain that it can be disruptive while working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly automatic collection of data that needs to be backed up.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives me a lot of peace of mind. Very reliable solution and easy to use, user-friendly, software.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit expensive compared to other similar solutions in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to have peace of mind and to know that if there is a system failure of our files are accidentally deleted, we will be able to recover everything quickly and effectively.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try to get some promotion.

What do you like best about the product?
Very reliable, easy and saved me when I had to reinstall my OS
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything I haven't liked
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to back up all my files. It's easy to configure and decide what you want to include and exclude. Runs in the background and can limit CPU usage if you're using your computer and more if not. When my OS got corrupted, I restored from the backup that morning and had everything back to normal within an hour. Saved time, effort and work.

What do you like best about the product?
The price is probably my favorite part of this software. With pricing based on active machines in use and not based on data, it just makes more sense to go with this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the short taskbar menu. I would like it to be a little easier to open the application and view/change settings without having to find it in the task tray, right click, choose to open the dashboard...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offsite databackup/disaster recovery backup. It backs up every 30 minutes which is GREAT.

What do you like best about the product?
I don’t have to much maintaining. Code 42 runs in the background and I can be worry free.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the complicated password and key system used. It should really be much easier to setup a computer that needs to be backed up without looking up 5 different things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated offsite backups of our desktop computers.

Always a pleasure dealing with Code42

What do you like best about the product?
In my line, I deal with a LOT of vendors, both hardware and software. CODE42 is hands down one of my favorite companies to deal with, no matter what the issue. If it's a technical one, the support is fast to reply, knowledgeable, provide frequent updates, and always makes time for me while never making me feel rushed.

On the billing/licensing side, not only to I get regular notifications on when my licenses are due to expire, but I can easily reach out for assistance and there have been times when obtaining some temporary keys have gone through quick and painlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently I have no issue with the product or the service, so there is nothing I can think of here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the software for backing up data. It has come in quite handy not just restoring the customer's data to their laptop, but restoring a document to my own laptop and forwarding to a customer who is otherwise unable to access their laptop.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a tool that protects the data of your customers or yourself, with simple implementation and excellent service, you will want to take a hard look at Code42.
