What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about IPRoyal is the reliability and ease of use. Setting up the German proxy was straightforward and didn’t require much technical effort. The connection is stable, and pages load consistently, which is important for our research work. Integration is also simple, as the proxies work smoothly with browsers and common tools without additional configuration. Customer support is responsive and helpful when questions come up. I use the service several times per week for research purposes. The number of features is well-balanced and covers everything we need for regular research and testing tasks.

There are no major drawbacks so far, but some plans may be more than what is needed for lighter or occasional use.

We use IPRoyal’s German proxy to research Germany-based information for our work at studycare.edu.vn. Many websites show different content depending on the user’s location, especially search results, university pages, and official German websites. Using a DE IP allows us to see accurate local information, verify Google search results, and review websites as a real user in Germany. This saves time and helps us make more accurate decisions for our content and research.

The customer support team is incredibly patient and helpful.
My purpose is to find a high-quality ISP to avoid generic datacenter subnets. I tried 3 different suppliers, only IPRoyal did it.
The abiliy to filter and select high-reputation IPs is what sets them apart. Unlike other providers that assign random low quality IPs.
The support agent manuallly checked my IP quality and speed, and helped me find the exact IP range I needed. This level of personalized assistance is the biggest upside for me.
By the way, the IPRoyal's IP is so easy to use and Implementation with V2ray on desktop and andriod phone. Right now, I am almost 24 hours using the IP.

I compared three providers before choosing this one. I initially bought a one-month plan to test it out, but I noticed that discounts seem limited to the first order. I couldn't find a promo code option for renewals. It would be amazing if returning customers could also get a discount when renewing their plans.

I am solving the problem of unstable network environments affecting my business operations. By using their IP, Ican ensure a stable digital fingerprint for my work. The benefit is peace of mind-knowing that my IP adress is cleam and recognized as legitimate traffic by the services I use.

I enjoy using IPRoyal because the proxy speed is fast enough that I don't notice any lag between my actual internet and with the proxy. My cloud phone works very smoothly with IPRoyal Proxy, and it's lag-free. The support is extremely responsive and solves problems very quickly. I also love the flexibility of simultaneously supporting HTTPS and SOCKS5 protocols. IPRoyal's transparency about their IP pool is another aspect I appreciate.
