I find their proxies reliable, fast, and of high quality, with excellent support and an easy-to-use interface. After 3 years of consistent use, I feel confident in recommending them to anyone needing residential or ISP proxies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more city-level targeting and faster ticket response time during busy hours. There are occasional IP refresh delays, though these are rare. It would also be better with wider location options and more consistent and customizable IP rotation timing. A more mobile-friendly interface and more flexible billing and usage alerts would be nice.
