What do you like best about the product?
I like IPRoyal's fast uploading speed, fast video browsing speed, and good bandwidth, which are crucial for my work. The fast and precise customer support is a big plus for me too. I really appreciate the proxy option where they optimize proxies for specific websites, like TikTok. It used to take me almost 30 minutes to upload a 450MB video with other proxies, but with IPRoyal's optimized proxy, it's done super fast, saving me time and allowing me to upload more videos daily. I find it great that I can choose the country and state for proxies, and even include special instructions for specific uses, which I think is worth the extra fee. Their chat guidance during setup was also quite easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be great if they introduced a bundle pricing for proxies. Currently, I'm paying almost $20 for 3 proxies, and if they could lower the price, that would be nice. Although I'm not really complaining since the service is good, a bit more affordable pricing would make it even better.

The dashboard is easy to use, but it would be even better if it showed deeper analytics—like bandwidth graphs, session duration history, or IP rotation logs. This would help users track usage more precisely. While their rotation works fine, having more customizable rotation intervals or immediate switch options could give users more control, especially for automation tasks.
