What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate IPRoyal's static residential IP, as it greatly facilitates seamless communication with global clients, ensuring smooth connections in my cross-border trade. I've been using IPRoyal since 2022 and have been impressed by its stability, experiencing virtually no bugs. Compared to other similar platforms I've used, IPRoyal stands out for its high cost-effectiveness, saving me money, and their prices are relatively lower. Furthermore, IPRoyal's after-sales service is excellent; whenever I have a question, their customer service representatives always respond promptly within minutes, a supportive service I greatly appreciate. I typically use IPRoyal in conjunction with the Chrome browser, further enhancing ease of use and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall satisfied, but when I tried to buy a static residential property from a Taiwanese agent, it was always out of stock.

I think there are not enough city-level options, which can be problematic because some countries have limited city-level access and sometimes these options are even out of stock. It would be beneficial to have more city-specific options available. Additionally, there is an issue with the occasional reuse of IP addresses. Sometimes an IP might have been previously used on another platform, which can lead to small verification issues. Furthermore, there is a limited variety of ISPs in some regions. Having more ISP variety would provide better flexibility when using multiple IP addresses.
