The proxies are unreliable, often showing incorrect locations or being flagged and blocked on most sites. If I had to mention anything positive, it would only be that the dashboard interface is simple to navigate, but that doesn’t make up for the fact that the proxies barely work and customer support is unresponsive when you try to get help. Overall, there’s really nothing I genuinely “like” about IPRoyal — the experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and not worth the money.

They either ignore messages entirely or give canned responses that don’t solve anything. When I asked for replacements or refunds for non-working proxies, they flat-out refused. It feels like they just don’t care once they’ve taken your money. Overall, IPRoyal is unreliable, unprofessional, and dishonest.
