I’ve been using IPRoyal for over a year now, mainly for ISP proxy purposes. Throughout this time, I’ve had a consistently positive experience. Whenever an issue occurred, their support team handled it quickly and professionally — they always made sure the problem was fully resolved.
What really stands out to me is their customer service. They respond fast, are always polite, and truly care about helping users.

What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve generally had a good experience with IPRoyal, but recently I noticed something that I’m not too happy about. They’ve started adding extra fees when you request additional requirements — something that used to be free before.
It’s a bit disappointing because that feature was one of the reasons I really liked their service in the first place. I hope they consider bringing it back or offering a more flexible option for long-term users.

I would change the function that makes me always log in when I open the website, it never auto logs in for me maybe it's a glitch.

Since the IP addresses from IPRoyal are clean and not blocked by websites, everything worked smoothly for me. The initial setup was also quite quick and easy. I also heard that IP addresses can sometimes fail, which was not the case for me here.

one does not receive an invoice with deductible input tax
