Fast and practical service
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the service, they are very attentive and when I needed to solve my problems, I contacted the live chat and they were very quick and solved all my problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had proxy provided with low upload speed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They provided what I needed, which is a proxy with a clean IP, without being on any blacklist.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm currently using ISP Service, and I have to say their service and support are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I couldn't find anything to dislike; it's an amazing service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From the very beginning, I never needed to contact support. However, when I wanted to change my IP address, I reached out to Live Chat and my issue was resolved instantly. More recently, I needed to update my email, so I contacted Live Chat again, and they solved my problem right away. The support is truly excellent.

The only things that I wish was available was being able to create more specific requirements for my IP/proxy needs. But overall say they cover mostly everything in general compared to many other competitors.

The proxies they provide have no downtime, which is a big advantage. They also cover most of the locations I specifically need for my work.

I can't find anything to dislike about them. Sometimes the proxy doesn't work as expected when you reach out to the very specific location but that's fine

IPRoyal has been the best choice for proxy services. The platform is simple to use and offers fast and reliable residential proxies that work great for social medias like tiktok. The pricing is clear and fair. There are enough options to fit different needs. The customer support team is also quick to respond and very helpful, there hasn't been a problem that they wouldn't fix. It is just amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I could point out is the limited IP quality options for the 0 fraud score. They're often out of stock, especially for US proxies. It would be great if they could improve availability in certain regions.

First of all their customer support is really great. You dont have to wait hours incase you need a customer support. Mostly business lack here but IpRoyal is great with it. I have been using proxies from bunch of other platforms but they stand out the most.

So mostly other proxy providers proxies do not work on social platforms like Reddit and Discord but IPRoyal solves this problem for me. This would be my third month using their proxies without having any sort of issues

If would be possible to pause a proxy without losing it. Sometimes you don't need always a proxy but you don't want to loose the ip.

I love the dashboard and the ease of use of the platform. Easily allowing me to use residential, and ISP proxies to run all my social media accounts and grow my clients business. Price is not bad, and I find that the proxies are very easy to implement with my ads power profiles. Overall, its a service I use everyday and makes my day to day simple.

Accessing past orders I find to be a bit confusing, especially with the subscription option.
