Affordable Easy to use Quick Proxies and Helpful Customer Service Team
What do you like best about the product?
It's been months only since i shifted to IPRoyal and i just found what i was looking for, the price compared to other providers is way too affordable and the best part is the proxies are easier to use whether ISP or Residentials whether you are a tech nerd or an amateur. Whenever you run in to a problem just check the support team they are always there but if not online yet or busy with other customers you will still get hep from Lexi the IPRoyal assistant bot. And since i use chrome they have an extension where you can easily paste your proxy and use effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Up to this moment am still satisfied with what i have been delivered but since am still using the platform i will update whenever i find a setback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a lot of social media accounts, PayPal, and Survey sites, they all need strong and fast proxies since i do not reside in the countries of the accounts created.

I also appreciate how user-friendly the platform is, it’s built for both beginners and pros. But the best part is their real, human support team that actually understands what you’re asking and provides fast, actionable answers.

More documentation for advanced use cases – Tech-savvy users might find the guides a bit too basic. More detailed API or integration tutorials would be valuable.

I like the dashboard its easy to navigate and the prices are affordable, I bought a US residential Proxy IP and I can now work remotely from any country

Honestly, not much. If I had to mention something, it would be that more advanced filtering options or usage analytics would be a nice addition — but overall, it’s a solid experience.

I've been using IPRoyal for over a year, with no complaints. They have their share of technical issues once in a while, but that's why they give you a pool of proxies. Even so, their support staff is quick to respond and fix problems. They even added a feature that we requested. Before switching to IPRoyal, we used a more expensive service that had five times the problems.
Our primary use has been Datacenter proxies, which we use for testing our projects from the point of view of locations around the world. They have been very stable, fast proxies with fixed IP addresses. Latency is what we expect from the long distances involved, and the throughput is plenty fast.
The online configuration tools are easy to use, and the diagnostic tools help track down problems that have almost always been on our end.
I strongly recommend IPRoyal.

It would be nice to see the usage statistics for Datacenter proxies, but it's an unlimited bandwidth connection, so they don't need to track usage.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm currently using datacenter proxy services from IP Royal. The proxy is stable, has low ping, and is even more reliable than the ones I built myself on a VPS. The support team is also very helpful and responsive, even though I only purchased a single proxy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current proxy speed from IP Royal is only 66Mbps. I would like to have higher speed options available.
