Perfect fit, and are doing better that all competitors
What do you like best about the product?
I was looking for a long-term partners in browser automation to handle proxies. I found one with a fast customer support, and clear expectations of what will and will not work.
Since then, I've been using IPRoyal in each customer’s projects.
As any other proxy (you get the IP, username, password, port), the integration is pretty fast forward in your code. Though I believe after having tried other competitors, this one is more reliable.

What do you dislike about the product?
The web-app is somewhat hard to navigate and understand. You access your proxies through each orders. But manageable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need fast and static proxies to be rotated for browser automations.

What do you like best about the product?
IPRoyal's pricing is outstanding when comparing with alternatives, yet they don't sacrifice on quality - we use static residential proxies and they've provided a better product with lower prices than everything else we've tried. Additionally whenever we've had an issue with a proxy, their customer support has been excellent, replacing broken proxies within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally individual proxies will be taken down for maintenance without warning (that I've seen).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to access website that may otherwise rate restrict or geo-block.

What do you dislike about the product?
At first, the proxy address was located at the right address but Google returned a result page related to another country. Fixed it with the customer support in 5 minutes.

sometimes the proxies come with ipscore above 28, then you write customer support and they fix it in minutes

What do you like best about the product?

The dashboard is intuitive, making it simple to manage and monitor proxy usage. The service’s reliability ensures I can carry out detailed research and testing without interruptions. Their pricing structure is also competitive, offering excellent value for the quality of service. I would highly recommend going through the Identity Validation to get access to the less used pool of IP addresses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy the service but did find it a little difficult to get started. Once I was able to figure out their UI, which could be more intuitive, I was able to get everything setup properly. The billing could probably be separated into it's own section to make it much easier to manager. It was not immediatly apparent how to properly integrate with the platform but there are a LOT of external resources that helped to get started quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use IPRoyal for geo-location testing, SEO monitoring, as well as data collection/web scraping. I run an agency and we do projects for various customers. This has proven invaluable and affordable as a service to us.
Best proxies with a great support
What do you like best about the product?
First of all the proxy quality is very good, I had no major problems with it and one minor prolem that occured, the support solved it within 8 minutes. It was a very smooth experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I've tried a lot of proxy vendors and I feel iproyal is really good compared to all other vendors. At the moment there's nothing that I dislike about IP royal

Limited Free Trial Options: Unlike some competitors, IPRoyal doesn't provide a free trial, which can make it difficult for potential users to evaluate the service before committing financially.
The chrome extension does not have a a way of asigning selective URLS so that you can chose which besites go through the Proxy.
