What do you like best about the product?
It worked out of the box. I was set up within few minutes and could purchase instantly.

The lack of documentation on integrations.

They provide good customer service and take care of your requests and problems. The user interface is nice and easy to use. The residential IPs they provide are clean.

Not really a downside but you have to ask your special requirements when you are purchasing the IP.

I have purchased a residential proxy from IPRoyal for social media management purpose and I didn't have any problems. I have tested the IP they provided in different platforms and it was 100% clean. I have used other providers before, never got a clean IP like this. I am overall satisfied with their service.

More available proxies in the US. The last time I wanted to buy one, it was out of stock. But after relaying this to customer support, I was able to purchase one almost immediately.

I really like te fact you can choose from different packages and the credits are never expiring. Also when you have any question the support is fast and very helpfull. Besides that they are cheaper than other companies providing similar services. The system is easy to use with clear documentation for integration and implementation.

I don't dislike anything but would be happy when they expand their servides with headless clients whick also could scrape scraper protected sites

I occasionally experienced connectivity issues with one of the proxies. Although the issue was resolved by changing the port, it did cause some initial inconvenience.
