I found iproyal.com to be a bit lacking in terms of overall design and user-friendliness. Additionally, I wasn't thrilled with the selection of products they had to offer.

To get help you can chat with a real person via a small chat box. My contact was Jay. He was fast, responsive, precise and friendly in his instruction and could solve my problem.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don´t dislike anything. I couldn´t find anything that I dislike and have absolutely no clue what I should write here, but I have to write something here, so I try to make the sentence as long as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I registered an account a day earlier, but with a misspelling in my email address. On top of that, I forgot that I registered on this site already. When I tried to register again but this time without a misspelling, I obviously couldn't use my phone number again. I contacted the support, and he helped me to solve the problem. He could have made me feel stupid for my mistake, but he instead helped me to solve the problem. That's great support and nowadays extremely rare.

customer support ever. i'm a virtual assistant & i often talk to customer support of different platforms like ebay amazon paypal but iproyal is fast and cooperative

it doesn't have proxies of some countries i require

The product is amazing, with no complaints and everything works very well, I didn't expect this when I first downloaded it. Has very good deals to unlock and use. Everything is explained very simply on the page itself.

Its convenient to use and have so many methods also for withdrawing payments. We can use unlimited bandwith also

It is not workable on Iphones and IOS devices and needs 4G connection only and some specific, limited methods fo4 withdrawal of money and can't withdraw if not exceeds $5

I liked the way the product works. Everything is very clearly laid out, you don't need to spend a lot of time looking for the necessary information. It doesn't crash!

Been a user for a year. I like that they keep updating the product, though sometimes the new updates don't work for me.

Uptime is unmeasureed, easy to use. Anyone without tech knowledge can use IProyal

Nothing currently to dislike, the tool does its work perfectly.
