The only thing that comes to mind now is possibly the clarity of the website. With the individual orders one has. It's all a bit confusing. But that's not so bad.

These issues don't happen very often, but improving availability for popular locations and making the refund/replacement process faster and more transparent would definitely enhance the overall experience.
