What do you like best about the product?
Unbabel has a really good and emterprise ready solution that fullfills all/most of our needs. Combined with a great team to work with who have solid business understanding made the all experience very smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific to report back here as our working experience with Unbabel as a product and a team was just great

What do you like best about the product?
Unbabel has enhanced our our capability to provide reliably high-quality customer support in multiple languages, which has improved the experience we provide to our customers and the extent to which our teams in different locations can support each other. The team at Unbabel has been incredibly helpful in helping us to make a success of our Unbabel implementation, and to respond to our ongoing needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
No major dislikes: where we have encountered challenges, the Unbabel team has been very supportive in helping us to overcome them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Unbabel, we have been able to leverage English-language customer support resources around the world in offering a multi-language capability: our agents receive the customer's email translated to Engglish, they then compose an English-language response that is then translated into the customer's language, to a very high standard, securely, and customised to meet our specific translation requirements (for example, treating words differently if occuring in product names versus general text). We have also used this capability to provide knowledgebase articles in multiple languages, as well as for secure translation of internal text.

What do you like best about the product?
Unbabel's integration with Zendesk is a standout feature for me. It streamlines our customer support process by providing seamless and efficient translations, allowing us to assist customers who speak languages we may not be fluent in. The ability to translate both our responses and the customer's inquiries ensures clear communication and enhances the overall customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Unbabel offers valuable translation services, there are a few areas where improvement is needed. Firstly, the accuracy of translations can sometimes be inconsistent, and it may not always catch typos made by us or the customers resulting in weird translations.

Additionally, the quality of Finnish translations could be enhanced to meet our specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unbabel is a valuable solution that addresses several critical challenges within our organization. Firstly, it significantly enhances the efficiency of our customer service operations by providing seamless language translation. This eliminates the need to allocate agents based on their language proficiency, streamlining our scheduling process and allowing for more agile resource allocation. I love that the translation of incoming and outgoing messages is handled so quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
You are not able to send a new outgoing message that is translated to a recipient . This would be a nice app upgrade to consider in the future

What do you like best about the product?
Unbabel has allowed us to make the most of our Care team. We're no longer blocked by language skills, making the experience more seamless for our customers. As well as making the translation of our Help center articles easy. We can now focus on providing more quality replies and improving our knowledge base.
What do you dislike about the product?
We still have some bugs from time to time, but the customer happiness team is always super reactive and provides either a solution, alternative or explanation to the problem as soon as possible. Our point of contact have always been attentive to our need and made sure to present the best options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have WW clients, but is wasn't easy to find customer care agents who would speak all the languages needed, plus it wasn't the most cost effective solution. It has really helped is manage the volume better and improve the communication with our client's. Also, we've been able to translation our Help center articles faster.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy and simple to use the Unbabel products are.

One of the downsides of Unbabel is the fact that it doesn't translate jpegs which is something that we need on a daily basis.

We have currently overhauled our support teams and Unbabel has and is helping us supporting our customers and merchants globally.

We have been utilising the translation services provided by Unbabel at our workplace for a while now. Overall, we have found their service characterised by quick response times, approachability, and a demonstrated willingness to improve where possible.

Their systems handle translation requests swiftly, and when we submit translation feedback, these are handled promptly with detailed responses and concrete actions.

Moreover, the team at Unbabel has consistently shown a friendly and approachable attitude. They are always receptive to our inquiries and responsive to any specific requirements or instructions we provide. This level of communication has fostered a positive working relationship between our teams.

Unbabel is solving the challenge of providing multilingual customer support, which significantly benefits us by allowing us to support customers in a broader range of languages. With Unbabel's support, we can assign our customer support heroes to handle a multitude of multilingual support queries, enabling us to assist more customers faster. The service eliminates language barriers and helps us deliver the right expertise to every customer, no matter from which market our customer is.
