What do you like best about the product?
As an administrator of Unbabel at Wise, I find the Unbabel portal most helpful. The ability to view usage and quality statistics, add users for access, and flag any potential incorrect translations all in one hub makes my job much more manageable and convenient. I have grown to really like the UBB portal :)
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult for me to pinpoint something I dislike, but I can identify something that I feel may be a missing feature I have seen in competitors: attachment translation. This feature may be handy for our CS agents working on foreign language cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have recently merged our email queues which were previously separated by language. Using Unbabel allows our English-speaking agents to work on cases from all regions and languages.

What do you like best about the product?
Unbabel is user-friendly and slick. It allows us to support our global users from limited bases and internal language cover. We always receive excellent service when we seek collaboration on expansion or quality analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There haven´t been any things to dislike; their service has been outstanding. A small, "even better if" suggestion would be to allow the user to change from formal to informal tone on each transaction instead of having this set by language. This is a tiny point - overall a delighted customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have native support in-house for all the languages we deal with. Unbable allows us to service customers in their native language, without having to recruit internally.

What do you like best about the product?
Their communication is really accurate and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are system issues which take long time to solve, but it is a complex system I assume, so it is acceptable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to contact customers in many countries in their language.

Great Translation Service

What do you like best about the product?
Always quick to respond to any queries and get problems sorted quickly. Always happy to accomodate on tight deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ease platform could be a bit more user friendly when uploading documents. For example, taking away any options that are not included in the package you have, just to speed up the upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 2 non english sites that require translations. Before Unbabel we were using different agencies to translate content with meant it was hard to keep consistency. Also, having the platform to upload documents saves time as you are not waiting for someone to respond to email to organise the translation. The platform also make it easy to raise multiple translation requests at one time and keep track of them.

Accurate and helpful translations for Customer Service

What do you like best about the product?
The translation tool for Customer Service tickets is accurate and concise and the tool is really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the translations take a little longer to come through than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not have any native French or German speakers in the team, so the tool allows the customer support agents to obtain an accurate translation and ultimately communicate with the customer in their localised language.

What do you like best about the product?
Unbabel does a great job of translating our communications into several languages, unlocking the possibility of mobilizing agents trained in other languages to assist in unexpected events of high demand. This benefit is a game changer, allowing us to quickly adjust work assignments to meet the SLAs that our Customers expect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current integration with our CRM tool has some gaps, and while it's fast to use, it provides a slightly different experience for the Representatives from what they're used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business area can significantly vary contact volume depending on region and season. Unbabel helps us cover any unforeseen gaps in coverage without missing our targets for Customer Service.

What do you like best about the product?
The translation is great and really allows my team and our customers to have a conversation without any barriers. It has been easily integrated into our ticketing tool - originally Zendesk and then Salesforce without any issues. The team and UB were a great help in making this happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. The application is great and no negative comments. I would recommend its use to other companies and departments to enable their teams to grow and exand in to new counties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling my customer support team centrally to communicate with our customers is 60+ locations all using their natural language. This has meant we can deliver consistent support to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Unbabel provides servicing efficiency & flexibility, cost saving, and scalability for languages that are difficult to staff/source for. The output quality is very high and customized to replicate the company's communication style. The implementation and account management team is highly-skilled and agile, going above and beyond to help the client succeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is essential to integrate the tool with CRM to take advantage of all benefits and make it effortless for the users. I am looking forward for to Unbabel be able to translate not only live text but also documents/different formats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides flexibility and scale to service markets / languages that are difficult to recruit for. It provides cost saving and BCP options.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel like Unbabel is the most efficient way to bring people together. Makes me think about Babilon where everyone spoke it's own language but still understood eachother.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no dislikes from my end. I think that on certain languages there is still room for improvement and sometimes the human factor feels missing because of idioms and casual speaking mostly but I'm sure in time this can be further developped and get better at recognizing even the particularities in speech.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dealing with chats on multiple languages and having the opportnity to benefit of real time translation. Unbabel is solving headcount issue on multiple languages at the moment.
