A game changer when you have teams for different languages
What do you like best about the product?
Unbabel does a great job of translating our communications into several languages, unlocking the possibility of mobilizing agents trained in other languages to assist in unexpected events of high demand. This benefit is a game changer, allowing us to quickly adjust work assignments to meet the SLAs that our Customers expect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current integration with our CRM tool has some gaps, and while it's fast to use, it provides a slightly different experience for the Representatives from what they're used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business area can significantly vary contact volume depending on region and season. Unbabel helps us cover any unforeseen gaps in coverage without missing our targets for Customer Service.

Enabled my team to engage and support our customers globally from a central location
What do you like best about the product?
The translation is great and really allows my team and our customers to have a conversation without any barriers. It has been easily integrated into our ticketing tool - originally Zendesk and then Salesforce without any issues. The team and UB were a great help in making this happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. The application is great and no negative comments. I would recommend its use to other companies and departments to enable their teams to grow and exand in to new counties.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling my customer support team centrally to communicate with our customers is 60+ locations all using their natural language. This has meant we can deliver consistent support to our customers.
Unbabel for business
What do you like best about the product?
Unbabel provides servicing efficiency & flexibility, cost saving, and scalability for languages that are difficult to staff/source for. The output quality is very high and customized to replicate the company's communication style. The implementation and account management team is highly-skilled and agile, going above and beyond to help the client succeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is essential to integrate the tool with CRM to take advantage of all benefits and make it effortless for the users. I am looking forward for to Unbabel be able to translate not only live text but also documents/different formats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides flexibility and scale to service markets / languages that are difficult to recruit for. It provides cost saving and BCP options.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel like Unbabel is the most efficient way to bring people together. Makes me think about Babilon where everyone spoke it's own language but still understood eachother.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no dislikes from my end. I think that on certain languages there is still room for improvement and sometimes the human factor feels missing because of idioms and casual speaking mostly but I'm sure in time this can be further developped and get better at recognizing even the particularities in speech.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Dealing with chats on multiple languages and having the opportnity to benefit of real time translation. Unbabel is solving headcount issue on multiple languages at the moment.

Easy to use and integrate with Zendesk and the every day work when we interact with international customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Canceling translations has to go through an email direct to Unbabel which sometimes can be late to cancel and provides a poor experience for the customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping the frontline support team maintain the optimal SLO while supporting international merchats across multiple languages.
Excellent for Multilingual Support
What do you like best about the product?
Great partnership. Unbable has allowed us to expand our multilingual support at a lower cost. We no longer need native speaking agents to support our multiple languages. We now are able to support multiple languages in our lower cost sites.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have not have any negative feedback regarding this tool.

Multilanguage support by agents that are not native to the language.
Good quality, instant and secure translations
What do you like best about the product?
I used Unbabel for Japanese to English translations. Translations were delivered instantly and with good quality. I had peace of mind while using sensitive data which was crucial for my use case. All in all it's a very good product and recommended for quality of translations and handling of sensitive data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost and lead time for onboarding new language pairs. Turnaround time for bug fixing. Lack of an API for software integration.

Instant translation from Japanese to English while securely handling sensitive data.

What do you dislike about the product?
- sometimes it does not send in 1 min time frame and my team is not sure what to do. Sometimes they use other translator system or sometimes keep sending messages and then customer is getting more then 1 reply
- have limitation so cannot replace human in 100%
- they not always inform about issues with the system - they are supprise when I report it to them sometimes
- cannot translat epictures which are included in messages form customers. Message is translated but if in the picture is important info in foreign language -agents do not understand it

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we can have more EN agents to reply to customers form different countives without hiring native speakers internally. We benefited in 2 ares: - no need to hire natvie speakers - less cost
Unbabel to the rescue
What do you like best about the product?
Speed of translations, and integration with Zendesk is helpful, competitive costs

Would love to get a few product enhancements and improved reporting capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unbabel saves me a lot of money when offering support in multiple languages. Offering 24/7 support in many languages is cost, challenging to scale and creates a dependency. Keeping Native speakers on staff isn't always efficient, and you need to train newbies constantly. Unbabel offers a solution to these challenges.

Incredibly easy to use and very accurate translations.

I don't currently have any developmental feedback for Unbabel.

It helps support the languages where we don't have enough agents coverage.
