Unbabel have been a joy to work with
What do you like best about the product?
The level of support and openness to trying things out has been incredible from day one. Evelyn and the team have displayed a perfect blend of professionalism, speed and friendliness, making each interaction a pleasure.
What do you dislike about the product?
More clarity on timelines for integrations with specific systems would be great. We'd benefit from having a clearer idea of if/when integrations will be prioritised by Unbabel so that we can better manage our expectations and make measured decisions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unbabel are working closely with us to identify the best solution to support our user marketing comms, sent via our CRM platform, Braze. As there's no existing integration currently in place, they've taken time and care to listen to our use cases and come up with ways to meet those needs today, whilst planning to refine the methods for the future.

Multilingual customer service using Unbabel
What do you like best about the product?
Good translation to and from English. Even when using certiain industry related terms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface in chat for our Customer Service platform could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my company we have customers from several coutries, and some of them do not have great English skills.
I do not have enough contacts to justify hiring a "full" team off any of the languages we do support towards.
This is where Unbabale comes in and helps all agents to help customers no matter what language they speak.

What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive platform, high quality of translation and good collaboration & promptitude of Unbabel team

There isn't anything I dislike about Unbabel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unbabel is supporting us in translating our asynchronous customer communication & customer facing self-service content. The quick turnaround times allow us to leverage our resources much more efficiently.

Unbabel helped us immensely in providing our clients from various countries with speedy and qualitative support services! Communication with Unbabel representatives has been comfortable and smooth as well.

Great service for global expert support!
What do you like best about the product?
Unbabel is a user-friendly service that integrates well with Zendesk to allow for true global support with their expert language translation tools. Their support of the product is top notch and super experienced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Truly, there is nothing we dislike about Unbabel. They offer a unique product to help our brand reach audiences that we could not reach before, they support you along the way and make for an easy experience from start to finish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We offer a product to the Nordic countries, yet our support team is 100% English speaking. If it weren't for Unbabel then we would not be able to effectively communicate with our customers in the regions.

What do you like best about the product?
Zenly loves that Unbabel can help us support our customers in all languages. It is fast and professional. It is a pleasure to get in touch with their support. They are super fast and friendly. Working with Unbabel brings us joy. It translates all the tickets we receive automatically, moreover, you can request the translations easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zenly didn't find any disadvantages :) Unbabel is perfect for us. We have weekly meetings with the Success manager to discuss issues or potential improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unbabel is intigrated into zendesk. We have really rare issues with Unbabel when it doesn't translate/work properly. However, it has never been a problem for them to fix it super quickly :)

What do you like best about the product?
The most remarkable thing is the speed and quality of the translation, perfectly maintaining the format of the text. Seamlessly integrated with Zendesk, it allows agents to respond quickly and transparently to customers. The support during the implementation stages also deserves a highlight.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I did not like. There are opportunities for improvement in relation to the languages that the system accepts as input for the translation. I know the team is working hard to expand that capacity. This will bring great possibilities for our operation, as well as cost reduction and ease of finding trained personnel.

Since the implementation of Unbabel in our support operation, our customer satisfaction has improved by 48% for services in languages such as French, Italian, German, Arabic and Japanese.
UnBabel as a translation toon
What do you like best about the product?
UnBabel is a tool that we have been using for just short of 2 years for translations that need to be done in a CX environment. I really enjoy the fact that the tool is simple and very sure friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing that I dislike at this stage is that the tool is only able to translate from English to other languages which makes cross-language translations tough to do. Especially when the translator is not native in English.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to efficiently handle our tickets in CX as we do not constantly have to depend on various language teams to assist with support. We have not seen a drastic decrease in AHT not an increase in CSAT.
