Mindtickle is a solid learning and enablement hub
What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is easy to navigate, and it does a great job of tracking progress. When I enter the app, I know what modules I've completed and which ones are next on my to-do list. I also like the Knowledge score system where you can compare with peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cant think of anything. The product is well organized and easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Onboarding new employees and educating current ones has been accelerated with MindTickle. LeanIX has multiple products that can be complicated, and having a learning tool like MindTickle has helped get the company on the same page.

Yes some I have completed all tasks in mindtickle but again shows that pending I need this one clear.some more activities like products oriented you have realised.

It's very useful for all of you and also some learning part available in mindtickle so I will recommend strongly to other people because it's big development platform to all and myself also.bsv is first use company in India.

What do you like best about the product?
It is super friendly user, gives examples of the trainings. I love the videos and the glow of them. They are not long videos rather short ones with high value. It is also available at your personal device (phone or iPad).
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I am new to the platform I haven't encountered any downfalls with the platform. As I become more familiar with it, I'm sure something will pop up, specially opportunities for improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication skills, Leadership skills, and time management skills. I have been learning how to conduct my self with clients and colleagues which is very important for my role.

If you have access to it, use it since it is a great tool to invest in yourself and personal growth, both professionally and personally.

It has a mobile capability for users to record themselves and rehearse a sales pitch or presentation. Also, tool is flexible to be expanded for other business purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a not a large company and not a known tool in the market. Also, integration capabilities might fall short, and it might best to be a stand-alone tool only.

Trying to have a secured and compliant tool that be used globally for our sales team and other business group that would like to get their employees to enhance their career development and/or execute a better presentation with external customers.

Interface - Mindtickle website content is reliable and easy to access. The content is detailed and starts from scratch. It's a one-touch solution for all doubts related to my work. UPSKILLING my sales knowledge in and around the product

The video contents are slower; hence it would be better with fast forwards. The mandatory objective in between the courses is not reliable. Mobile Interface can be improved

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of mindtickle I like is the interface design to get the topics faster and more easily. The map view of a topic where I can see, up to what I reached and what to complete. The leader board the hall of fame feature, really awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing like that which I dislike. Everything is placed in an efficient manner in this portal/application. I would like to suggest make a provision of dark mode. So that app will use less battery power.

There are many day to day problems we face in our work and mindtickle is giving its solution in a precise way. How to handle a customer for any query and how to tackle any situation.
