What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle helps to see the scoreboard of all the team members who are attending the same training, and also it reminds them to finish the training before due dates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mindtickle takes lot of time to load the content or page, especially whenever you go back to see the list of modules in one training it will take to home page, can get better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to keep a track on scroreboard for the entire year, how many trainings one has undergone throughout the year and it shows the important ones on top
Helpful, Doubt Solving and Knowledge Enhanced
What do you like best about the product?
It clears my doubt by going through all the information regarding the product and i use it in my mobile and its like anywhere and anytime you can enhance your knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I don't find anything which is missing but i have a suggestion that is if there is more facility like stored data and other competitors data also so can prepare well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves my doubt regarding the product which I faced in doctors chamber when they ask some question so that it clarifies my doubt and that ultimately positively affects my performance.

What do you like best about the product?
The concept of being able to create a "room" that shows data about engagement has changed the way we manage our sales cycle. Now we know if the materials were shared, with whom, and how much they viewed or read.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything has been great so far. They have been open to input and training requests, shown our team how to get the maximum value, and most of all, been able to help us get the fully value of the platform (excellent ROI)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding who is reviewing the materials we send to sales prospects. Opening an email doesn't mean they watched a video. Now we are able to see which videos they watched and how far into the video they went. With notifications sent by the platform, it makes it very easy for our reps to understand the sales cycle.

Maintain the high level of Customer Success and platform improvements -- doing great!

What do you like best about the product?
Way of Communications and day-to-day update and we can access it anywhere. Modules are Designed in a specific way for all types of learners. Offline support is also available. we can access it anytime and any where. App interface is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
its very usefull and interesting. app is a little bit slow request you to upgrade like other apps. Regular apps updates are required. some time certificates not able to dawnload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Digital Assets, Easy to learn and so many Macro Learning programmes on Reguler Besis. yes I get in details product knowledge. I got more confidence regarding the Sales and my product.

Best Platform for learning not only that it helps in increasing your product knowing how to handle customer effectively and how to understand the queries if you are hesitating to ask questions like me Mindtickle will help you in gaining knowledge without asking anyone

There is nothing to dislike about Mindtickle, but please continue the simple language and the videos. If it's not there, then it becomes a bit risky to understand the process

How to handle a customer effectively, it's more helpful with the videos, and the assessment is the king of the concept. moreover, it is an imposing platform for a newcomer because it has a lot of answers on one platform

Frankly commenting: I liked the app module, which is helping everyone to gain knowledge and also to keep them updated regarding business development.

I would also expect a notification sound for every new module or task.
I would also expect a chat box in the app, so that I can have a discussion along with my friends.
The one which message box which I have on upper right corner is not helping me to text.

The module or task which I finished in Mindtickle, helped me to implement on my work process and not only that, it also gave me a confident that I can work with best knowledge.
I am not facing any problems so far as I just started but I will update if I come across any issue regarding Mindtickle.
