Nothing is missing in the product as of now as everything related to the company and its products are entirely available, and there is nothing which is not there which any person needs to refer

All problems related to customer handling and the function of the sales team with its customers & the way you should go about molding to make sure you are the best representative in handling the customers.

We get the real-time current updates, we get to learn in-depth details of the particular topics, time-saving as rather than going to different apps, we get to learn everything in this one platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike, Notifications does not pop up on time, the user interface is slow, Videos while viewing has a problem, like gets slow in between and had to restart it completely.

Being in real estate, it's all about knowing the product, we get to learn in-depth information about the product at once, we do not have to use multiple apps, all information we get to solve in mind tickle from the location to the pricing, Best App to suggest for organizations.

Get Real Estate updates instantly, Learn new things, Entertain ways to learn new things, appreciate the leaderboard feature; it motivates me to keep learning new things.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notification does not pop on time; by that, I do not get to top the leaderboard. Somebody could improve the interface, and we would appreciate a dark theme to this software.

To learn the product better, To get real estate updates on time, Training on new products, i have been more productive since i started using Mindtickle. i believe it is a time saver as well.

notification does not pop on time, user interface could be improved - it takes time to open on the information of the project - user interface can be one of the major improvements that needs to be added

the main thing i dont link is user interface its not bad its good but need some improments like simply user face because its have some technical assitant for further clarifications

What do you like best about the product?
Its very helpful to me.i understnd the purpose exactly.Thus the menacing of my work is ,however,very easy.It helps me to do the work more Efficiently and with dedication.the performance tab is awesome with module participation summary so you can know how many modules to start and how much progress is in progress.

There is nothing wrong with that.Except that it helps me a lot to improve,So i dont have any embarrasing situation.Not only that but to this day i have never even seen a dislike thing.

i use mindtickle for my Official function as training programs updating myself on the company's terms and policies,evaluating my understanding through tests,and monitoring my performance through the knowledge score.

What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is very useful for training purpose, where we learn about the products, processes and policies of the company in an effortless manner. Very much impressive in app format and highly user friendly. All the learning modules are very clear, short, visualised for easy understanding of the concepts. We can able to check our progress and assignments in it. Knowledge checking through assessments at the end of every conceptual videos is a great innovative effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike. Sometimes the application crashes while performing assessments or while watching videos. Need to add password protection because of official use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting know about all the products and policies of the company. Update ourself about the new launches of the company. Revision of products features and process flow is possible. We can able to download all the materials in pdf and short videos for future use.

From the learner's side, the program does exactly what I want it to do and performs as I expect. From the administrative side, I wish the analytics and reporting piece to be better. The team at Mindtickle has been very responsive to our requests for better functionality in this area.
