Perfectly crafted trainings
What do you like best about the product?
Well explained modules and short quiz. Badges for recognition and motivation. Once you clear the tests and get the module done, you can see that the learning can be applied in the field as well. It is also great to keep a track of what have you covered. The company assigns mandatory and optional trainings from time to time that helps to learn about new topics from time to time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some videos are unnecessary. A couple of Questions on quiz can be made more tough. Some modules had navigation issues which took a little time to get used to initially. Could be made more user friendly but still very satisfied over all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps me up to date on trainings on products and keep me focused on the learning path for my growth.
The modules are apt for the role and help in implementing theory to practice. Product knowledge from training helps me in solving issues as the trainings keep us on top of things.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease, teaching, and administration of the different courses make this application the best tool for a company's training department.
What do you dislike about the product?
I especially don't have anything that I dislike; moreover, the little that I don't like would be attributed to the training department itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to the limited time we have for training, being able to choose the place and time for such training is essential for us, and having the courses and interaction with them at hand is a point in their favor.

It's so convenient to have with you on your phone and once you're in it, navigating is clear as day.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Mindtickle is how easy it is to navigate and the convenience of having it on my phone. It has similar navigation through modules as you would see on a computer. There is also no background noise that distracts your from what you were going to do on the app. The modules are also clear and consice with simplistic design to show you if a module had been completed or not. The convenience of having it my phone let's me start a module at work and I can pick up my phone and finish it later at home. The app itself doesn't take up a lot of space which allows you to have space for your other apps or even files you can easily download from the app. And on the other end, uploading an image or video for a submission was no problem. This is my personal like, which is the graphic design of the app and how you can easily tell if you have completed a module.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside of using Mindtickle is how difficult it is to log in. I understand it's for safety of information being distributed to the correct employees, but I was logged out and logging in again took about 10 minutes which is more of what I would expect when logging into an app. Also, about a month ago, there was a problem where messages would disappear after viewing and it was difficult to communicate with the person that uploaded it. The issue was resolved later, but not being able to communicate with the organizer was a little frustrating. Another thing is I'm not sure if this is a feature that is available on Mindtickle, but the ability to communicate with an organizer that sends messages. I haven't been able to communicate in that way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A way Mindtickle is helping me solve business problems is by offering an easy way to learn about devices and let's me offer the correct device for my customers' needs and not just because the phone is a top-seller. The way the modules are presented also allow my coworker and I to easily access an module and are titled effectively.

If you are a business or person looking for a way for employees to learn about a product Mindtickle would be a good way to that. As a user, Mindtickle provides a convenient way to access learning modules and helps me understand a product better.

Nothing to dislike I like everything and good app to use. I don't have anything dislike it's wonderful app every company has to go with this Mindtickle to get useful knowledge

Getting all topics videos and each and every topic test and getting knowledge of the topic. Easy to get knowledge on certain topics and gaining knowledge of the topics

Mindtickle is probably the best platform for coaching and training. The way learning content is organised and presented gives a holistic view of to the learner. Plus the ease of use, and the interactive nature of the platform help the learners further

There's nothing to dislike as such. However, if more elements of gamification could be added, it'll add more value to it's existing platform. It'll help make learning more interesting

It's the best coaching and learning platform out there. Having worked in multiple organizations and start-ups, I believe it's the best when it comes to learning.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy user interface. All the episodes are combined with small episodes, better learner engagement with nuggets which helps us digest effectively and just in time (JIT) support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is perfect as of now for me. My suggestion is related to your questions in the tips box that " How does it compare to its competitors" instead of this should have better sentence focus on self product strength and making it better.

Nothing to dislike in mindtickle only one thing is some kind of slowness in some times.not much but it's happening some times.

Some software bugs like opening issue application in some times..after 2 to 3 days after software updates it will solved automatically
