Good online training platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easy navigation. Very intuitive and simple

Sometimes it takes some time to load despite a good internet connection

All the training needs have been taken care of at Rackspace.

Customer service and support are very responsive. Easy to use.

Follow up emails are difficult to track and engagement after first few calls can be a challenge. Enable allows us to see metrics on what our prospects are engaging with and create meaningful insights into how to prepare for future calls. Also handy for organizational purposes. Creates a meaningful business narrative that helps prospects build ROI to sell internally.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a digital sales force and are struggling to get follow up meetings after discovery calls this is a great tool. Also great for tracking engagement and building a business case for sales and prospects.
Very helpful tool for sale associates to learn about OnePlus.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a user-friendly tool that helps sales associates learn about OnePlus, a relatively unknown brand name in the USA. It assists in showing the value of OnePlus to us sales associates to show the matter to our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that is not good is when videos do not load, thus disabling us from fully finishing the various training modules that do have videos to watch. I would like this addressed in a future update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solved various issues, such as showing the value of OnePlus to our multiple clients. I compare them the features OnePlus has in comparison to their competitors and tell them the value they would have, such as saving money.
