A crisp, neat and complete online learning platform for sales teams
What do you like best about the product?
As a member of sales community in my organization, I found MindTickle to be an intuitive and easy to use online tool for accessing all sales courses and updates administered by the sales enablement organization. The tool presents a holistic view of completed and pending courses to the users in an organized manner which makes it easy for me to plan and consume the learning material at my own pace without interrupting my everyday work schedule. I am able to access MindTickle on my mobile device as well which means I can access sales courses anytime while travelling too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered anything which I can mention as a dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salespeople generally have busy schedules and information needs to be presented in an easy to consume manner. Moreover, salespeople like to access content not only on laptops but also on any device on the move. MindTickle helps organizations address this problem very effectively.
Mindtickle is great, I really like it. So far one of the best training and learning tools i've seen.

Cleanliness and functionality. Also gamification.

Some functions don't work well on the ipad.

They are short sessions. They give a variety of question formats which is helpful.

I wish there were "levels" of expertise so that you could either "test out" of the beginner level or skip some of them.

It's good to review the content; it helps build my business acumen.

I appreciate that Mindtickle has a required list of everything I need to get done for my onboarding and ongoing development. It's almost like a 1 stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the interface is hard to use - you get assigned a bunch of stuff, but its hard to determine which ones are actually required or when they are due unless you look at each session individually. I wish there was more of a checklist that was easily accessible with alerts when I log in

Onboarding and ongoing development. It really helps me upskill in a timely manner and allows me to approach clients consultatively

What do you like best about the product?
1. MindTickle allows for a fully customizable learning journey. Whether using the platform for onboarding, continuous enablement, coaching, or certifications you are able to control the experience, content, and remediation for your learners. We have a customized onboarding journey for each function and we get incredible feedback on being able to scale this for the whole company.
2. On the admin side, it's very easy to upload, embed, and link content into MindTickle. Once the content is created, it takes no more than a few minutes to add it to the site. This is time saving for the admin and provides an outstanding experience to learners.
3. For what the platform does not have ready-made, they have a great services team that will help do custom reports or help/manage large-scale projects.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. They have a long roadmap of feature enhancements that they are working on. One of the biggest pain points for being an admin is the bulk management of the platform. They have improved this drastically over the years we have been a customer and it keeps getting better and better, but there are still some difficulties with removing users from content if they are not in a linked group. This means having to manually remove users from each modules, which can be time consuming.
2. We use missions for our company wide certifications and there is very little power on the admin side because there is no way to mark as complete. There must be action taken from two parties (learner and reviewer) to officially complete all missions. This becomes a problem when managers do not review a mission, then leave the company and the new manager was not part of the certification process so they don't know how to review the mission, so it sits there untouched.

Do it! You won't regret it. There are pros and cons to every platform, but MindTickle's Customer Success team will be there every step of the way to help you come up with creative solutions to any enablement problem you have.
