Outstanding sales enablement partner
What do you like best about the product?
Their support is out of this world. Super knowledgeable and responsive. They really want you to succeed and offer a lot of value and experience in the Sales Enablement space. As an organization, we are new to this area, and they are very patient and offer great insights on how to get us where we need to be. They also want the experience to be the best it can be and make a point to push enhancements through as quickly as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
We aren't quite ready for everything they offer. They show us a lot of cool new stuff, and we arent' there yet. However, they are a great partner in helping us define our long-term vision and approach -- which is very important given the beginning state that we are in.
I also wish their gamification/leader boards were more robust as well as their competency assessment module. But they are responsive to our requests and work hard to get them pushed through to development.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MindTickle offers a platform and capability that we've never had before. Before MindTickle, we just held meetings and sent out powerpoints, and that was called "training". This platform helps us design and deliver adult learning content in bite-sized, trackable, testable solutions. They also have a very good CAS program that has helped us build some good content since we currently have very few resources.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create series and have them updated across all assigned users. Previous applications we used were not as intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics, for users, admins and managers. The views for the admin are great but when you try to download them you can't download all the great visuals, just the raw data.
Also, moving through series and modules is a bit cumbersome - there is a lot of content loading and takes time to click forward and back

Intuitive end-user learning experience & highly customizable for teams
What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle allows for a wide range of training formats (videos, missions, coaching, etc.) that is generally limited with other LMS platforms. Once you get up and running, it's easy to create modules, courses and series for learners. Format works for different teams and needs very well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Takes time to get used to the platform, and at times can perform slower than optimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Holding internal teams accountable for learning, training and certifications. Benefits include increased training engagement and completion, improved onboarding experience for new hires and faster time to build out new content.

Sometimes finding last session completed gets mixed up with other categories.

Onboarding Training
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed watching all the videos and hearing from current reps on best practices - also everything is very organized so you always know where you are with your training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the quizzes are lengthy and challenging when you are just starting out.

MIndtickle has helped me better transition into my new role and helped me with product trainings.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it provides consolidated information across the organization for all applicable persons. I also like that the interface is very intuitive and the platform rarely has issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that, because it's generally organization-wide, that there seem to be some nuances missed for specific teams. I know our team could make more content-specific training but that has been my experience!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generally, I'm doing company-wide training, mandatory tasks, etc. but it was extremely useful during my onboarding. I think, when onboarding, that standardized content is extremely important for consistent training of new reps/personnel. I also find the auxiliary content/use-case training very helpful for boosting knowledge!
