Very easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
The way the platform performs and is very intuitive

Most of the instructional design pieces are not bad. It has basic LMS functionality
What do you dislike about the product?
Here are just a few things that I find very annoying:
1. When you mirror a module from one series to another and a learner completes it in 1 series, the module in the other series doesn't show it as completed by the learner until the learner clicks into to the other module from that 2nd series.
2. Auto-assigns a "public" module to a learner when the learner looks at it once.
3. Can't create missions directly inside of a course. Need to leave the course, create the missing separately then go back to the course to embed it.
4. Support team gives very templated answers without reading the full ticket first. Many times the initial replies from support that I get for a ticket asks for information that I've already provided in my original email that started the ticket.

We are leveraging a LMS in this remote environment to provide training for reps either before a live sessions as prep, after a live session as retention, or in place of a live training if the material is easily digestible.

Questions at the end of each section to ensure you stay involved

I didn't encounter any issue neither improvement required
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved: everyone in my team has the same vocabulary and minimum level of knowledge. Tough to quantify the business benefits but for sure it has an impact on our Sales Excellence
Saves us 3-4 hours a week
What do you like best about the product?
We love how quick and easy it is to send proposals that not only include our pricing but also include demo and videos and client testimonials.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had the ability to sign contracts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to standardize and more quickly get our proposals to our potential clients saving us a lot of time. What used to take us 10 mins now takes us 1 min.

What do you like best about the product?
I thought the Mindtickle trainings were insightful and easy for me to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the deadlines creep up without us getting a notification that urgent training is due soon. Even ones that I haven't started the series yet. It would be nice to get better reminders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving different problems in the frequent releases of ServiceNow and using that when I am supporting account teams.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do as much as you can with the trainings even if they are irrelevant to you.

What do you like best about the product?
Whenever I had a problem and emailed them, they responded almost immediately. They kept asking me if it was fixed and if it wasn't they fixed it.

I can't believe I'm saying this but, NOTHING. It is such a surprise to find a company that exceeds your expectation.

Confusing UX. I don't know how to find pieces of training, which are mandated; sometimes, a complete module is not marked as such...

We are aligning and coordinating e-learning pieces of training for all the team.
