Great pathway to success with easy organized learning!
What do you like best about the product?
The layout to easily search, find, and recall previous learning modules makes this an easy and intuitive platform to use. I enjoy how simple it is to be assigned, know what tasks I need to accomplish by and when. There is a forum on each module to leave feedback or view attachments which makes this another single pane easy access way to get insight and learn without having to go to multiple sources.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes to share. It is a great tool that can be leveraged to accomplish what is already a complicated task: learning. I can not call out any particular dislike since what MindTickle is trying to accomplish is neatly laid out in a consumable manner that I find very easy to reference, recall, learn from, utilize. This has been by far one of the best tools I have had the pleasure of utilizing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to take quarterly training, regular training in areas that are not part of my day to day and be able to reference prior completed trainings. What else is so helpful is that MindTickle keeps me inside of my swim lane and taking the trainings that are just applicable to me.

Navigation and performance of the platform could be better. Wish the filters would stay applied after you go back to a module

I enjoy Mindtickle content that has been created. It is always professionally done & high quality.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the content released here & the way it aligns with Salespro modules--usually.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the additional silo from other HPE collateral. Sometimes Mindtickle content through HPE can be challenging to find when you go searching.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to complete required training modules, better understand in-house collateral, rewind and rewatch as many times as needed, and take simplified notes. It's great to be able to slow things down to your learning speed
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great platform for company use. I wish there was an a better way to access all HPEs mindtickle videos internally, but if there is I am not aware.

What do you dislike about the product?
Search capability is poor. Content display order doesn't make sense. Not always seeing what's been assigned to me without searching for it. Not being able to close down and remove content that is no longer neccessary/ required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Get through training faster with the ability to increase playback speed

The gamification in Mindtickle. The way once can track score with peers

None. I had faced some course content issues but that is not Mindtickle's issue.

Due to remote work, keeping abreast with the process changes and quickly getting up to speed with new product information.
I also use Mindtickle as a reference point for few process-related queries.

This tool deals to synchronize and manage the necessary knowledge by work area in our company
What do you like best about the product?
The control of times and plan to develop the training of knowledge that the company needs you to have in certain time. With this tool, the company can address and synchronize work objectives for an environment and in a specific time, making the interaction of the different sales teams more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the possibility of articulating the training in the client's language. Local language. It is more to use this training to in some cases be able to be shared by the client.
Other improvement could be: Have a dispatchable dispenser. It would speed up the transfer. In other words, the training ends and we have this information that can be sent to the client. So ... it would be an accelerator to achieve the diffusion objectives of the company.

I get in fast synch with the evolution of the company. And the new approach and solutions that my company put in the market. With the knowledgement that is required to do it in my area.

The fact of having all the information related to products, processes, etc., in the same place, for quick and updated access

The search for documents is not easy; it would make things easier if the search filter worked a bit better.

The problem that the app solves is having everything on the same platform. It saves me time and facilitates my training.

Minktickle is a GREAT training tool!!!

Short video training modules from 5 minutes to 15 minutes allows for learning key points.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many modules pile up and we get behind on staying current. Sometimes the message is too long and detailed in nature. I wish the coaching for the speakers would emphasize brevity over lengthy messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a technology company, we are acquiring many companies, and staying current on value propositions is a daily exercise. Minktickle is feed from many contributors that all want their message at the top. I appreciate the knowledge gained from this platform.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Gone are the days of 80 PowerPoint slides for education. Now with Minktickle, video training is the rage. I love the short modules for getting a key message across. Since we are all in learning mode for our entire lives, this is a great venue to stay up to date. I highly recommend this product.
I am using for all my training and it is a very friendly tool. Easy to handle and to work with.
