TICKLES TO MINDTICKLE
What do you like best about the product?
I LOVE THAT IT IS SET UP WITH SHORTER MODULES. THEY ARE FOCUSED AND SEEM TO FOLLOW ONE RIGHT AFTER ANOTHER. IT MAKES REMEMBERING THE INFORMATION EASY TO RECALL. AND FUN QUESTIONS TO EASE THE STRESS. THE FUN QUESTIONS ARE A NICE WAY TO BREAK FROM LEARNING. AND IT ALLOWS US TO REMEMBER WE ARE A TEAM TOGETHER!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I REALLY HAVEN'T COME ACROSS ANY MODULE I DON'T LIKE!!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT SHOWS US HOW AND WHY WE NEED TO DO OUR JOB TO AFFECT THE PATIENT FIRST THEN ME SECOND. IT HELPS TO BETTER PREPARE ME TO PERFORM MY JOB. IT INCREASES MY OVER ALL PERFORMANCE.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to learn at the pace you are most comfortable with. The similarities of each way a leasson way taught made it easier to find a pattern to the learning process. This made folloing alone easier as the series progressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not care for the word puzzles. I am dyslexic though so I understand I am most likely in the minority with my opinion. LOL
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle has made the process of onboarding, training, and continued educaton a steamlined process for all associates.

To be honest, nothing. Sometimes some certain content might be buggy, but that is not Mindtickle's fault.

Mindtickle is user friedly and interactive, I like the way we may navigate in the tool

Some times I have to return and move forward again to gain credits for a lesson taken

It is helping me to learn the necessary content in a more user friendly way than a simple PDF or Word file.

The platform is a bit slow to navigate, also the saving options are confusing

MindTickle is solving the problem of not having the correct GTM information like customer use cases and competition overview
Fast Learning at my time and speed
What do you like best about the product?
I have beed through several learning tools for sales and found the benefits on Mindtickle. Content was simple to access, media was interesting, including video, animation and ways of interaction with the content was different every other chapter. The value proposition was the most interesting learning part for me as a sales support. As an engineer the technical capabilities is always the foremost important information I need to stay relevant in the conversations with people that are interested in our value propostion. Both topics were adressed and learned. The gamification is also very motivating for me, to receive badges and points. While others can see my progress, helps me to stay motivated until the end of the learning chapter.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the read out loud feature for pure text content. that would help me to stay more focussed and go faster through the content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learn new capabilities and products in the ever growing portfolio of our company. Learn it fast and at my time and speed. Also keep certain content available at my laptop.

The ability to access learning materials and participate in training activities on the go can be a significant advantage, especially for geographically dispersed teams.

There have been mentions of a confusing layout for some users, making it difficult to find specific courses or track progress.

It helps have all the vaious requirements for operations and categorize them. The knowledge transfer is easy and ability to refer back when needed is immense.

Mindtickle is intellectually stimulating that it left my brain-tickled.
We go through topics thoroughly and followed up by assessments makes sure one is confident enough going ahead to implement that practically
You always feel that urge to use it frequently so to reach as close to achieving 100 percentile for tasks completed
Full marks for ease of scrolling through different tasks & real time scenario implementation in customer support makes it worth spending time
