Love Mindtickle!
What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is very user-friendly. It is easy to search and there are notifications so that you remember to complete the training always.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there are videos to watch, you have to watch every second of that video, or it will not show that you've completed the training. There also isn't a good way of saving progress because it doesn't leave off exactly where you stopped watching. A few simple tweaks to the software could fix that though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales training has become easier, and Mindtickle has seemingly increased the completion rate across the board.

I like that I can see all of the learning content in one place and the ease of use.

I can't think of anything I dislike about Mindtickle. Seriously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my role, I'm not solving any problems with Mindtickle but have realized the benefits of having all of our company-specific content in one place is a great advantage for me. I can also search for additional content that is not assigned to me if I'm curious about a subject.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is easy to use and smooth to navigate. Go to place for me whenever I am stuck. I really use it on frequent basis.

It sometimes becomes difficult to search relevant content.

Continuous learning with MindTickle helps you to increase the productivity of your team and this results in better overall results.

What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is very, very user-friendly. The search functionality is easy, and it also has notifications so that if you've forgotten to complete the required training, it will remind you. Another cool feature is that it will show you a percentage of completion. You're able to simply go back to the uncompleted training and pick up right where you left off. I like how my manager is easily able to find and share with me what activities I need to complete; then I can hop right where I left off. We use Mindtickle alongside HighSpot and Chorus.ai and between those three, you pretty much have all that you need. Another thing it does is send you email notifications/reminders about trainings that are/aren't completed, which is huge.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't too many things to dislike about Mindtickle. One thing that I would point out is that, when there are videos included, you have to watch every second of that video, or it will not show that you've completed the training. Also, there have been a few times where it didn't seem to save precisely where I left off. It usually is pretty close, but it could be more accurate. Maybe if there was a way to integrate Mindtickle in our business process more, I'd probably enjoy that.

Training across the company has become easier to disseminate, and Mindtickle has seemingly increased the completion rate across the board. It is also nice that it asks for feedback after completion of the training, which makes you feel like they care about improving. The benefit that our organization has realized is that our training completion rate is high. Due to the notification to notify us when our training wasn't fully completed, it holds us accountable in the best way. The email notification is nice because of the rewarding feeling that it gives us for completing the training. Who doesn't like a nice pat on the back?
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Mindtickle is a great way to get information out to employees. The functionality is multi-faceted as it can be used to train, share content, connect employees, etc. I would highly recommend Mindtickle to anyone looking to improve internal performance to companies of any size. I recommend that you implement training through Mind Tickle to ensure the best benefit because of the email notifications that allow for higher training completion rate as well as the rewarding feeling it gives after the training with the badges/rankings of employees.

I liked that it was easy for me to see the courses assigned to me and easy to complete the courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was a little confused on the path with the optional courses.

We've used MindTickle to share information about the organization's changes and make sure everyone is trained and prepared to serve our customers.

It seems to be an excellent tool for coordinating training, especially with large groups.

It can sometimes be a bit slow to load. It is not super slow thought.

I used MindTickle for training purposes on products and new sales plays. We also use it or required training.

Great way to get people trained. The ability to go back and review content as well as the ability to download content for reused and review is awesome.

The material of the training modules is really nice, the content is really informative and the visuals used are beautiful.

Nothing at all; they are amazing, the content is filling, and the slides are perfect.

It helps us dive deeper into our topics and supports the new joiners to step by step with their weekly onboarding modules, which is excellent!!

Use mind tickle as your training program, as you will be able to learn a lot from them; the modules are exciting, content is excellent!
