Mindtickle is easy to use, and it is easy to get an overview of how far you have progressed within a course.
Each individual learning also has various learning methods such as videos, questions, interactive activities, etc., which makes it fun and entertaining.

What do you dislike about the product?
What I would mainly like to improve would be the overview. Sometimes it lists a lot of learnings that I have either completed or are not relevant. This is especially true on my homepage, meaning that I have to use a couple of extra clicks to find the course I currently have in progress. It's not a big hassle, but could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am progressing well through my sales career and better understanding my clients, thanks to Mindtickle. It has also been instrumental in my improvement of online presentation.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to load content, tracking of course and well managed. One of the most important parts of this app is to give you ample opportunity to practice. So later when it's required one can deliver. Also what I like is the video practice option which allows me to get ready for the day.
the other best part of this app is curated content management. my organization, they are also managing the confidential content well, so whatever I am learning is in line with the Business requirement and benefiting myself.

What do you dislike about the product?
GUI can be better for easier to filter, so bring some energy to the course. This one area probably can be made better, Don't know how but sometimes the screen look monotonous, dull which leads to ignorance. as like as I like the contents but similarly, I dislike the effort to manage the course from the navigation on mobile. so that, later it can be revised.
I would also be saying regional / language option, the content delivery can improve and help in the region as well. this is one of the fine lines which will help. current option discriminate the course itself which is challenging for the auto

Practice and collaboration with the help of mobile-friendly applications. Training is very important as with the changing demand in the job place, it's very important to be ready with the latest materials Mindtickle actually help to consume so. that's the important thing, one must read and learn and practice and repeat. which is why I like the platform, it will give good material and relevant to the job role and real-time learning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am using the platform for some time now, 4/5 years. which I can see is that the platform is improving and they are bringing changes as required. the platform is secure to my understanding and meeting the aspect that is required, good for the coaching your team or product promotional learning. I would give a thumbs up for the same.

Everything is right in front of you. The interface is easy to navigate.

Nothing comes to mind. It's a simple design for knowledge and evaluating an employee's attentiveness.

No problems. It's always nice to know that the company is employing best practices around knowledge and security.

Not being able to download all the presentations, sometimes we can only take a screenshot of what is presented.

The biggest upside is an easy to use dashboard that has the current status of my learning.
One of the best things that I like is that the mobile platform easily beats any other solution as the content auto adapts to the screens you use it on.

One of the things that I disliked is that from time to time, some of training modules are displayed as incomplete, and you have to re-do them; although this happens, support can jump in and give you a hand.
I dislike that the platform doesn't have notification when new content is available or I have been assigned any material, the only current way I know how to view is by directly logging in the platform.

I have solved the main problem of having the correct information at the right time; with an easy-to-use search process, you can browse all the content and have the information at your fingertips. It becomes both a primary learning platform and a knowledge base if you want to look at new topics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As a user, I recommend mind tickle, if I had a say in which tool my company should use, I would choose mind tickle, I've used other learning tools, and while they offer good content, I haven't found them friendly for our new multi-device way of learning everywhere.
Great platform to organize your training and enablement courses + call recordings
What do you like best about the product?
The call recording feature. The transcriptions are incredibly accurate.

the UI can be a bit much on the eyes at times. it's a minor detail though.

We use Mindtickle to go through sales enablement training and to record and review our calls

Great platform for sales enablement. You get to design and teach courses/modules and also review customer calls/transcripts all on the same platform.
