Great Learning Program
What do you like best about the product?
The learning program was very easy to use and navigate through to complete all the necessary training materials. This is one of the easiest programs I have ever used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything worked great and I love that once you complete training you can close the window and it immediately updates and shows you your progress and everything was accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This program was an absolute joy to use and navigate through. The entire platform is very easy to use and anyone can do it and follow along just perfect until completed.

What do you like best about the product?
Great team to work with! The sales team was thoughtful and took the time to understand the business challenges of its customers. Responsive and committed to positioning the sales process for success, collaboration, and transaparency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike with this team as they really are open and flexible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MT is helping our team uplevel the skill sets required to compete and execute while continuously growing.
Great Application
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and ability to track progress on modules that our company provides. I understand the material more and love video capabilities. Our company does a good job providing training material and making it available to all team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is slow and could use some system updates. It could use more integrates with our current systems and provide better tracking methods for agency staff and agencies. I wish that we were able to assign training modules to our agents straight from the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding material better and have been able to set and achieve goals within our team. I look forward to seeing the future capabilities with Mindtickle and further being able to customize it to our advantage for Farmers Insurance.
Use MindTickle for multiple trainings thus far, and it's always a great educational experience!

In the past, my work has not been saved and I have had to restart the training.

Snowflake Essentials training
What do you like best about the product?
Navigation is seamless and the course is easy to follow for anyone.

The website response is a bit slow at times or hangs up, but I never lost any completed tasks.

This is one of the best websites for training in 2021. I would recommend for all who have a similar need.

Ease of use and clarity of training purpose. The dashboard gives you a clear idea about your advancement and the team's advancement.

Menu on the left is not always helping to navigate the content. Sometimes the priority of the courses is not clearly stated and if you miss some training deadlines, are difficult to find again.
