Super easy platform to use

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. The dashboard is elegant. Navigation in the dashboard is not complicated. The content is simply accesible from the main page.
What do you dislike about the product?
When a user is assigned multiple learning assignments - the left-hand column menu becomes too long to scroll down.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I attended assigned training, and the main benefit for me was the app on the IOS platform. Being able to go through training on a tablet was a big plus.

Best tool for sharing follow up's with my prospects

What do you like best about the product?
The content library and the option to create deal rooms for each prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup initial still seems a little crowded in the UI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every time prospects ask me "Hey can you send us the slide deck / demo to review with my team" I have a one-click solution to do so right after my meetings.

Great tool, good content

What do you like best about the product?
I like that in Mindtickle, you can speed up the playback to faster than real-time. Sometimes there is a slow speaker, and you want to speed it up to 1.25 or 1.5x. I also like the ability for files to be uploaded and for a transcript to play alongside the video, because sometimes it's either hard to understand the speaker or sometimes you just want to read what is also being said to retain it better.

I really like the platform, I think it's an excellent tool for businesses to use, and it could be more useful if my organization put some better training in it as sometimes the material is not pertinent.

Overall I am glad we use this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike much about the tool itself. I do, however, wish that my company better used it with more useful training and better materials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MindTickle is a great way to get quick updates into what my organization is doing - whether it is around new products or quick sales updates. It helps keep me engaged when I work remotely from everyone else.

Very efficient tool for content creation

What do you like best about the product?
Features such as start and stop at any slide while recording videos. The ability to Insert a slide or delete a slide if you are not ok with the content seamlessly is something that I absolutely loved. I also love the feature of giving points; this gives a sense of achievement. It also motivates to take more training courses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I missed the feature of allowing pictures in picture recording. This feature would actually help the content creator and the consumer to connect in a better way.
Also competition provides this feature, so it would help to have picture-in-picture. feature on Mindtickle as well. It would also help if we have an option to send a push notification such as email when a content is created to the possible consumers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create videos using slide decks for knowledge sharing and giving details on roadmap of our upcoming products and some of the. latest and greatetest technology. I also use this tool to watch the various content created by others such as technical demos and deep ddive sessions to keep myself upto date on various technical topics. Overall it's a great tool for collaboration and knowledge sharing. It's simple to use for both the creators and content consumers.

What do you like best about the product?
Referenceable has an easy-to-use interface that allows its users to quickly select high-impact content/references and organize them in a way that educates buyers and streamlines the sales process. This not only saves our team time but also makes it much simpler for our prospects to interact with our content.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point, this tool addresses many of our team needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are easily identifying which content performs best with our prospects, we are helping aggregate all selling materials in one place so prospects no longer have to dig through multiple emails/download attachments. We also are able to reuse references over and over while respecting the time of our existing customers by capturing their reviews once.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a fantastic platform for any team looking to accelerate their sales cycle and create an easy-to-use content library that allows for content optimization. The team at referenceable is highly responsive and makes the onboarding process simple and pain-free. The feature developments over the past few months have also been impressive, I would expect to continue to see great developments over the upcoming months.

I enjoy that all of my assigned courses can be found in one section and disappear as completed

Sometimes I am not sure if my progress will be saved or not if I leave the window or my internet times out

What do you like best about the product?
The high-level layout of the platform and how easy it is to complete training in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aesthetic could be better it is a bit choppy to look at in terms of where you are towards comoletion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am completing my internal learning journey, RAMP.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is choppy to have the course open up in a new window every time and then try and go back to figure out where you are on a dashboard. Just make the end-to-end experience a little more seamless.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform can be as simple or complex as you want it. You can create quick mico learnings or in-depth journeys. I also like the AI component.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enjoy working with the entire team however we ran into time difference issues with their content developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using MT to assist in creating an on-boarding and on-going sales enablement program. We aim to increase time to contribution for new hires.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to streamline and accelerate content-sharing, collaboration, and communication with our potential buyer/customer. Removes all the clutter created by dozens of emails and attachments sent to our prospects. It is a single source of truth for everything our sales team needs to sell.
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't have a mobile app - it would be good to get real-time alerts on our AE's mobile app so they can immediately get back to their prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To capture and store everything our account executives need in one place organized by industry, deal-stage, persona, country, etc. We are using Referenceable to accelerate and streamline all the content sharing and collaboration with our buyers and our customers. We have seen an increase in our deal velocity as well as in our customer onboarding. Because we pre-capture customer references via Referenceable, the number of customer reference call requests have gone down substantially. Finally, as a sales manager, "deal rooms" make it easy for me to ensure that every AE is following the correct steps and sharing everything that needs to be shared.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the videos are well organized and easy to follow along. It keeps the training interesting
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought the assessments are confusing with multiple-choice vs. selecting a few answers. Using radial buttons would make it easier for multiple choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm the end-user, but I think the training is easy to follow.
