What do you like best about the product?
I love how interactive it is, and how it has many forms of learning .
What do you dislike about the product?
You can get lost some times in it drop down menu when looking for a lesson

We are learning how to trouble shoot items. and it help us learn for thing you can go back on.

Dashboard, Easy navigation, and progress report
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequency of sending alerts and progress reports for the running/assigned courses. Sometimes it is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking my learning along with my peers. It gives a competitive feeling.

What do you like best about the product?
The training platform is easy to use and the videos are very helpful

I have yet to see any downsides to the platform.

New Employee onboarding is easier as the videos teach them mostly everything they need to get up to speed.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing I like about MindTickle is the consistent delivery of company communication and important items that can be communicated to a large sales group like ours.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the ability to correct an answer, although Kristen and Beth are amazing in correcting and applying credit when merited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spreading important communication to our sales organization in a timely fashion helps all get the same messaging. I look forward to hearing the announcements and following new processes outlined in the communication.

The pieces of training are up to date and very detailed also it helps in encouraging self-learning

Nothing in particular, but i wish there was option to track individual progress with respect to different products

Learning end to end about a product also benefit wise im updated with the latest additions to the product
My Experience with Mind Tickle Training
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Mindtickle is that it is easy to navigate and interactive. Mindtickle walks you step by step through the training and will make sure that you have not missed any part of the training. It provides you with immediate results and has up-to-date tracking of your progress. The program is set up to make learning easy and fun, instead of sitting through boring lectures all day long. Mindtickle is set up to be interactive as though you are playing a game.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike the most is that I would like to see more than multiple-choice questions for the quiz section of the training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mindtickle has made it easy to learn how to navigate through the companies software and I am able to go back and review any mind tickles as needed. It has increased my performance and overall made it easier to complete my daily task.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Mindtickle is an excellent way to train new employees and allows managers to continue helping when they are needed ongoing business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I have enjoyed using MindTickle. I find the interface easy to use and it allows me to digest the content needed effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how sometimes it's confusing which window to click on when you've completed a section to continue (like for the Valorem training)

It has allowed me to train the field on the competitive and market landscape. The benefits realized are that it allows us to do this at scale, in a streamlined way.
Robust Learning Tool
What do you like best about the product?
An excellent learning experience requires a solid balance of user-produced content and a flexible platform with an intuitive and engaging set of tools. MindTickle upholds their end of that bargain with a genuinely excellent platform that drives user progress with compelling elements like a growing pool of points and badges earned and a simple, intuitive interface for those building the learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find an aspect of the tool from either the user side or the content creator side that bothers me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a diverse user base - who are pushed to the limit when it comes to their primary responsibilities - to spend time on required learning and with a happy mind is a tall task. Certainly the produced content has to do a lot of heavy lifting, and a platform that doesn't get in the way of that and instead enhances it is what is needed, both for our business and in the wide marketplace. We have certainly found MindTickle to fill the need.
Helping those in an easy fashion
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the system allows you to complete tasks and go back at a later time to review again if needed. The system allows for easier training of new staff member along with training of current staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the system, its easy to use and allows me to have one central place to go back and review items if I need to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of training has been a big issue. MindTickle has allowed more people to get training in a shorter period of time, allowing for fewer internal meetings which allows me to complete the things I need to get done in a timely fashion. Less hours being worked after hours now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time when you first use it to gain an understanding of the layout of the system, once you do this it will make your life easier in the long term.
