What do you like best about the product?
I have enjoyed using MindTickle. I find the interface easy to use and it allows me to digest the content needed effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how sometimes it's confusing which window to click on when you've completed a section to continue (like for the Valorem training)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me to train the field on the competitive and market landscape. The benefits realized are that it allows us to do this at scale, in a streamlined way.

Robust Learning Tool

What do you like best about the product?
An excellent learning experience requires a solid balance of user-produced content and a flexible platform with an intuitive and engaging set of tools. MindTickle upholds their end of that bargain with a genuinely excellent platform that drives user progress with compelling elements like a growing pool of points and badges earned and a simple, intuitive interface for those building the learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find an aspect of the tool from either the user side or the content creator side that bothers me
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a diverse user base - who are pushed to the limit when it comes to their primary responsibilities - to spend time on required learning and with a happy mind is a tall task. Certainly the produced content has to do a lot of heavy lifting, and a platform that doesn't get in the way of that and instead enhances it is what is needed, both for our business and in the wide marketplace. We have certainly found MindTickle to fill the need.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the system allows you to complete tasks and go back at a later time to review again if needed. The system allows for easier training of new staff member along with training of current staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about the system, its easy to use and allows me to have one central place to go back and review items if I need to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lack of training has been a big issue. MindTickle has allowed more people to get training in a shorter period of time, allowing for fewer internal meetings which allows me to complete the things I need to get done in a timely fashion. Less hours being worked after hours now.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time when you first use it to gain an understanding of the layout of the system, once you do this it will make your life easier in the long term.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and the support is excellent. We are able to provide initial and ongoing training is a very effective way that is engaging. We can also easly track competency development.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any negative feedback. There are a few features I would like to see that they have one their roadmap, but the product works great as is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We help our clients inprove their sales skills by providing tailored, enagaging content. The MindTickle platform provides a great experience especially the use of AI to provide feedback to learners.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to complete tasks shown, the ability to complete knowing where you are in the course. Also, the ability to pause and revisit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing overly challenging. I'd like the dashboard to be a little bit more user friendly. As it's hard to find completed tasks

Useful Tool for a Centralized Sales Process

What do you like best about the product?
I think Referenceable's versatility of uses is what makes it so powerful. I can use it for so much more than just traditional sales. Also, the data is very granular and is a game-changer for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface is less intuitive than I would like, but I can see a clear trend of improvement over the last few months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the problem of having information scattered all over the place.

What do you like best about the product?
The team has been very responsive to our needs, quickly upating the UX, functionality, and other aspects of the software. The ability to create deal rooms for prospects provides us with more insight on engagement (e.g. content viewed, how often, how long, etc.) vs sending an email.
We've been able to more easily capture video testimonials from customers as well.
Referenceable is very flexible and has many applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The team is making a lot of UI changes, so it's about staying on top of the changes and training users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a central place to share collateral with our sales team and prospects, as well as capture customer stories. We are now exploring other use cases for training, customer service, and more. This is becoming the single source of truth for all documentation within our company.

We will also get better insights into content, helping us to identify gaps or expand according to views, searches, and shares.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Like any system, make sure to you have an audit of your content and understand the categories and tags you're seeking to us. The upfront work will save you time in the long run. Since this is change management, make sure to set up training and communication timeline for your internal teams. They have to undersatnd the benefits and how this simplifies/benefits them beyond their existing processes.
