What do you like best about the product?
Well organized. Easy to use. User friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no possibility to fast forwared sobjects that I already have knowledge about. There is also no possibility to go backwards inside the current video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems at all. Just using it to learn more about Gigamon.

MindTickle has become my go-to source for expanding my knowledge base about my work.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about MindTickle are the quality of the content and the wonderful user interface/experience. The upsides of using MindTickle are knowledge growth I get every time I visit and the ease with which I can review completed modules and challenge myself with new ones at my own pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of to using MindTickle is that it can become addictive! In a good way. One wish I have is that I could increase the playback speed on all of the video content, not just some. I can listen and absorb a lot faster than some of the content is delivered, which can be frustrating if I don't have a ton of time to spare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been coaching leaders and teams for 11+ years now, and I have learned faster and grown more as a coach since getting plugged into MindTickle two years ago than I could have imagined.

You can't go wrong. It's a terrific platform for developing your people.

What do you like best about the product?
How it is interactive enough to keep you engaged. The site is easy to navigate and user friendly. I am able to see what needs to be completed/required to complete by my company and go back in research concepts to further expand my knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this software. Easy to understand and apply what is relevant to my position. I guess if there was something there could be improved it would be being able to pause certain parts of videos or explanations. That can be hard and mess with the completing of the training required by the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product knowledge is readily available to me and I am able to narrow concepts down to an understanding beneficial to me and those I am working with. I am able to review things on my own time and engage how deeply I wish depending on the situation. I am able to review what my colleagues are working on and further expand knowledge.

the user experience is great, easy to use and makes learning fun. I love being able to see how others are performing.

It's pretty utilitarian looking. Not the most exciting interface.

What do you like best about the product?
Lightweight and interactive, instant results. Easy-to-manage at scale (many courses), track progress and build-up portfolio of skills. Quests are also an interesting initiative with broad spectrum of use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to have some kind of a pre-check to define if some parts of the tech content is already familiar, and can be skipped. Navigation through courses could use improvement: when their number is in the hundreds, it starts to be complicated to navigate around.

Good idea to mix regular lightweight quests with more fundamental and lengthy courses and skill checks.

The detailed and to the point explaination,I could also learn how it integrates with other network and security devices , and the reporting mechanism was good. It had different customizations available

None as such, everything was answered and approached, and I could not find any flaws.Though I was using the product the first time the experience was good and got comfortable

We are solving better visibility in terms of network traffic and web traffic.The customer had a very fast and huge network where he had challenges to monitor all the devices

What do you like best about the product?
Comparative Scoring keeps me motivated to excel, while the technology updates keeps me always prepared to face the customers and provide the most relevant information and solutions. Also the transcripts along with the audio helps me understand the module being presented, much better.
In addition there are supporting documents that are available for downloads for future references and use, so that we need not have to visit Mind Tickle for the additional set of information.
Since Mind Tickle is available across various platforms such as Laptop and Cell Phone, it becomes very handy to access it at any point of time and hence learning becomes much easier, while the relevant information is also readily available at the finger tips.

Some of the modules don't allow us to retake the tests and better the previous scores. An option here would definitely help while it encourages to go through the training again for better understanding and higher scores.
Doesn't have a dashboard reflecting the completeness and scores in the form of a chart or graph could have been better for review at a glance.
Doesn't have an option to send an email update to the manager when a specific score milestone or a comparative rank is achieved. That would ensure an additional level of motivation.

The regular addition of modules across various technologies, products and solutions keeps me abreast with new technology updates so that I am better prepared to face my customer and position our solutions appropriately while delivering the relevant information to them w.r.t. the technologies and products being positioned against specific customer requirement.
Learning is handy since I can access Mind Tickle not only from my laptop but also From my cell phone as and when required, and everything is in sync at all point of time.
Mind Tickle thus also solves the problem of rudimentary learning tools which we have been using for ages, since I found this to be using state of the art technologies for making learning very convenient.
