Very Professional and Handy training tool
What do you like best about the product?
Application availability on mobile, laptop and web, being able to submit documents and quiz modules is friendly and interactive
Links provided in to the original content of the provided presentation
Links to web sources of the public material on the web
Categorizations of topics is well sorted and easy to find
GUI is really user Friendly and memorable even if you use the mobile application or through your laptop
I like that I could bookmark some favorite topics

What do you dislike about the product?
not really a dislike but would like to have something like top picks based on the user experience and areas of interest and local market needs
Media player needs to be enhanced to avoid glitches happens if you use rewind or forward to certain point in the video
Would like to see an option to take a screen shot from the video if I'm interested in the presentation viewed
sometimes it is not needed to wait till the end of the quiz to know the wrong quiz answers
Content summary documents should be enhanced based on specific regions and market needs

Extremely Easy to Use Training Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Interface is very intuitive. No need to review a help guide. Users can jump right in and start the next course assigned to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you take the quizzes at the end of a course, it would be valuable to have an undo option or a confirmation on your answer if the user accidentally selects the incorrect choice. Especially for the answers that require you to select letters to complete a word.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease and the structure of use are extremely simple but effective. I also love the commitment within learning and training tools, I also love the thought of acquiring and printing a certificate and of trying to keep it for future guide. You are able to record video and audio and just submit if you realize it's right, you are able to decide to remove or even go out of the recorded ones.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I will say would be to place the partial instruction just in default, I believe it is far better to simply leave the incomplete training and training and after that to modify it when you love. Unsure, but I believe that it will will last in case you saved your work instantly and knew the place you left previous time to stay away from going forward and backward again.

Obviously, in the case of mine, it's a good resource of learning to become a novel within the market. You are able to carry on from the position where you left the course with platform and you are able to take the course of yours, even in case you've to exit. How to open and make sure you are able to learn the videos. Furthermore the exams or perhaps questionnaires you have to finish is ideal because this can make it easy for you to think of the course real in case you cannot go ahead.

The way in which the course should be searched, I believe that it shows the course we've to follow, or perhaps can think it is based on the text in the searchbar, when in case you enter one letter incorrectly, the method does not display the course, and you believe you are not signed in or perhaps the course is not in the bucket of yours.

What do you like best about the product?
The structure and the easiness, very simple but efficient tool. I like also the engagement inside the training and learning tools, great also the idea to earn a certificate and to print it and save it for future reference. Great! You can record audio and video and submit only when you are sure is the right one, you can decide to remove the recorded ones or leave it there.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would say is to put in default only the incomplete training, I think it's better to leave only the incomplete training and learning course and then have the possibility to change it as you prefer. Not sure but I think that would be good to have an automatic save of the work you have done and to know where you left last time to avoid to go back again and again. This are just things that in my opinion can help to improve my experience and also for other users.

For sure, in my case, to be a novel in the industry it is a great source of learning, the benefits are great improvement in my role, more confidence in what I am doing thanks also to Mindtickle. The fact also that you earn points while you are attending, "force you" to complete the course in a very good engagement.

I would certainly recommend this tool as it's helping me a-lot in my job and career progression. If you want learn and be trained, especially during this new way of work, this is probably the best way to learn and do course online. I have been hired during lockdown, so thanks to Mindtickle I have reached a very good level of knowledge and it's no finished yet, so super recommended tool!
