Best learning platform ever
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and available on all platforms. MindTickle makes learning fun and keeps your interest up. The way Mindtickle helps keep your motivation and interest at a very high level.

So far have I not encountered any downsides to Mindtickle

I have gone through the learnings of Discovery bot, the presentation skills learning & in hand course & exercise.
Its given me more clarity on those subjects & topics along with my technical skill upgrade.

The best platform on the market! A must for all companies
What do you like best about the product?
I love how versatile this LMS platform is for creating content for technical training that is interactive and engaging. The on-demand capability is a game-changer as well. This software is very user friendly for the content creator even if they are not a pro at creating this type of content. Our organization use this platform as a standard for all teams across the board. The results have been wonderful and it has been widely accepted. From a sales enablement standpoint, this solution automate its learning paths and simplify onboarding of sales reps and improve their ramp up time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting can be a difficult fully understand. However while looking at other LMS vendors there is no perfect solution that can match all the goals of all company types, sizes and industries but this one is almost there.

We were looking to provide technical information in a fun, easy to use manner for a non-technical audience. As well as increasing the ramp-up time for the sales rep

A must purchase for any company who want to take their LMS to a whole new level.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use. The ability to ask questions to test your knowledge retention is a nice touch that does not come across as being overbearing to someone completing the training. From what our trainers told us, using the tool as an administrator is very easy, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once every 20 times or so, there is a lag between the answer I choose and the answer conveying, which sometimes leads to double-clicking and accidentally choosing the wrong answer on the second click. Again, this is a rare occurrence.
In my wishlist, I would request that they have the option to confirm your answer before submitting it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company uses MindTickle for onboarding modules. For new hires who may be overwhelmed by the volume of content to cover, being able to break it down into different topics, then different modules within the topics, is a considerable benefit to the users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If there are other, more simple to use tools, I have not yet encountered them. Our company re-evaluates vendors *often* (maybe too often), and MindTickle is one of the few software vendors we have kept year after year.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy way for me to be compliant with leadership and up to date on training. I know that when I have everything in MindTickle completed that I'm squared away with all the necessary action items to be compliant with my company's policies and armed with the information that will enable me to perform at a higher level. One upside of using MindTickle is the friendly and intuitive UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I'm unable to access a mobile app experience with my organization's current MindTickle offering. Maybe this is something that my organization doesn't have in our package, but a mobile experience would be a great value add. There are times when I'm away from my laptop but available for training, and that's when I'd love to be able to pull up MindTickle on my mobile device to complete a training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualtrics is using MindTickle to disseminate priority information. I have monthly sales updates that I consume, as well as trainings on new programs, product offerings, and company procedures. As an IC, I am able to be confident in my efforts to maintain compliance with the company as I stay on top of my MindTickle tasks. With the barrage of information coming from multiple sources across different channels, I like knowing that MindTickle is my single source of truth when it comes to company training and compliance.

Wish that users could bookmark content for later use and provide easy ways to avoid duplicate content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Training and onboarding are the main use cases for us using Mind tickle. Works really well for change management as well. It's great for being able to create quick bite size content when we add new functionality to our products.

Easy to navigate through training materials and any follow-up quizzes. I like that you can see your progress.

I don't have anything to add. I am a user of the product, and everything I use it for works great.
