Excellent experience
What do you like best about the product?
the easy to use of the tool and the intuitive interface

some times take a long time to update or open the windows (pop-up)

Training sessions enabled me to talk about the specific topis, these trainings sessions on the MindTickle platform were so helpful for learn and the benefits is the easy to learn and the enablement
This is a best website to keep the group of people updated and educated. Very easy to use.

The ease of use, It's available on the Web and on App too.

sometimes the app is very slow to respond.

We are solving our Process knowledge Test to keep everyone calibrated on new updates.

Great platform to keep a group of people together and calibrated with all the updates.

It was really easy to use and I was able to get my resources on the fly. It was great for my onboarding when I first started with the company.

Some of the information was not always accurate. Some glitches here and there but otherwise it was great.

Not that I am aware of but the fact that it was a great innovative solution was great to have. It was really accessible.

MindTickle is AMAZING
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease of use and navigation. Super intuitive and fun to interact with

nothing about it. I really can't find anything to say here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've never really encountered any issues with the product. Benefits are through the roof. This is the only product I like to see notifications for in my inbox for 'to do' items. The speed playback options are amazing as well.

Great Tool For Easy Learning within your Org
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using MindTickle for quite a while and it is a great e-learning platform that all teams in an Org can take advantage of.
We have hundreds of videos and you can easily see them and go in to watch them. It is also able to upload docs, pdfs and have interactive "video-game" style learning quizzes and views which is really fun to utilize and learn from.
During our on-site training sessions, we also took advantage of the MindTickle App which helped keep employees engaged. In the App, we were able to answer questions live each day, answer polls, and have deeper learning into what was presented during the live sessions.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to see the order of videos and I wish that there was some better filtering. I think that there is some room for improvement on the UI/UX as it does seem a little outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with learning across the organization. There is a bunch of gamification elements to make it fun for all employees to participate and track where they stand in regards to the enablement items. There are also elements where our team has been asked to record elevator pitches that we are able to record within the MindTickle app and submit to our bosses for grading which is a great way to check in on the knowledge that each employee has and also see how we are presenting it to customers via zoom.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an enablement tool for your org, I believe this is a great tool with a lot of different functionalities and features to help keep your employees engaged.
Training portal for the purpose of learning.
What do you like best about the product?
Mobile app has got a notification feature that allows me to access the training as per my availability. This allows me to complete the trainings on time and learn at my convenience. Also, a 3 question quiz format is easy to do that makes you think and apply the learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
its cluttered with a lot of trainings on the left pane and in the middle inspite of trainings already completed. Make it simpler and also offer trainings that my peers have been doing. I may be interested in that

Need to continuously learn to keep up with the advancements and MindTickle makes me learn at my own convenience.

If you are looking at a solution to help your employees keep learn without being obtrusive and offering a world class Ux, Mindtickle is a good choice

Based on my very personal experience, I like the convenience and informative contents provisioned by MIndTickle, which helps me learn and grow fast in my new role, I will definitely recommend every organizations those require enable their employee from technical and business perspective .
