MindTickle Streamlined and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I love how mind tickle tracks your progress and it's easy to follow what has been completed and what still needs to be completed. As a sales rep, Clients take top priority so rejoining a training I had to quit is easy.
I love the badges and even did a bunch of extra training so that I could beat a few of my colleague's scores. The scoring and badges create a fun way to stay motivated and to complete some of the optional trainings.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the program can be slow to track my progress so I can't tell if I've completed a training 100% I usually closeout and have to join again to see if progress has been made.
I haven't found the filters very helpful and can get lost while looking for specific training that is required. I am not sure how to improve this but the file folders and dropdowns don't seem to be as helpful as I wish they would be.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Covid 19 makes training impossible to do in person so MindTickle has been a fantastic way for me to get training and updates remotely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great program. Seriously clean and easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a platform that can disseminate information across a department or organization. It is also fantastic for training. If the program UI requires you to create your own folders just know that you will need to keep those organized internally so that your employees can easily find the training they need.

Easy to navigate to content, download information, and track completion. It is pretty interactive

Logging into a new environment to download content - should be integrated with corporate training materials for easier access

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle is used for sales enablement in my company, it is very easy to use and helps me in my enablement to ensure I am always up to date with my company products, goals and mission.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything I do not like as of yet.

MindTickle has presented me with the opportunity to stay on top of current releases as well as keep my messaging up to date when speaking to customers.

I like most the ability to login to Mindtickle from my phone wherever I am, which is especially important for me being in Sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little difficult to access completed list of videos/trainings, or inability to save clippings of training videos.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent tool! My training partner. I love that i can use the tool even when im not at home and connected to the VPN since it has an option to log in using an email or with my corporate id. What is liked a lot is that it inludes a section of gamification, where we can see and analyze our progress and compare with the peers that are included on the user universe. One of the main benefits is that I can easily keep track of the assigned and pending training topics and the required and optional training that i have. Also, i have a mobile app that i can use wherever i go, and where i can finish my pending topics if im in a hurry and i did not got back home by the time,
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the video does not adjust to the screen.
Sometime the mobile app takes forever to start, on android.
Sometimes the screen becomes unresponsive.
Sometimes if i already saw a video it does not mark as completed until i enter several times.
Sometimes the evaluations does not mark as answered.
Sometimes i commit mistakes on the surveys and i cant change the result

We use the tool for internal training and management defined training paths or special messaging thats wants to be delivered from management to all the internal audience.
Also using mindtickle they used the tool to prepare quizes and even challenge us to achieve and gain the points and be able to compare with our peers

Points system makes it feel more important to do well.

There's not much I dislike about the platform. The only thing I would change is to make the sign in process easier.

they easy way to resume courses and clear visibility of what is missing
What do you dislike about the product?
some times default filter of showing courses by date time is kind of confuse. Should be better to present with one is missing or incomplete to do it asap without worrying about time when it was assigned to me

keep me up to date in so many matters is very useful. The ability to look for an specific topic is also a very useful point

What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and easy to navigate from a user perspective. It can also link to your other accounts (gmail, sfdc, etc.) to make using much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration to SFDC directly was a little slow and clunky but overall still very good.

It allows the sales team to be assigned and complete trainings very efficiently. It helps our enablement team with their bandwidth as well
