A Helpful Learning Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The content is the most compelling feature however the platform is easy to navigate and the UI is attractive. Additionally the knowledge score is a great metric to ensure that you are on par with your peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The series search bar should be upgraded and a filtering feature added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding the vast breadth of services that AWS offers is difficult. Mindtickle is a great tool to track these services and their vast offerings and ensure that leveling up is not onerous.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Communicate the learning tracks that your team is required to complete and use the Mindtickle platform to track this.

What do you like best about the product?
I like MindTickle because you can have all the information that you need in the same place. It is also very interactive and you can have different type of information on it. Moreover it is interesting that some of the most important companies are using it to share their information and to educate people. I also like that people may do tests on it and you can see how your peers (people inside your company) and other people that are using the same platform are doing. That defies you to learn and use it more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yet I haven't found anything that I dislike. But it would be very interesting to use it with another company so that I can compare if all the functionalities are the same and to see if there may be any inconsitency between them. Sometimes it may be a little difficult to find some topics or tests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to learn and understand more about a specific topic. The main benefit that I have realized is that there are different types of content (videos, presentations, etc.) in the same platform and you have no problem loading and downloading them. It is also really good divided because you can make different folders to found a specific topic.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My main recommendation is to use some time at first to understand the platform so you can get the best of it. It may also be interesting

What do you like best about the product?
I love how mind tickle tracks your progress and it's easy to follow what has been completed and what still needs to be completed. As a sales rep, Clients take top priority so rejoining a training I had to quit is easy.
I love the badges and even did a bunch of extra training so that I could beat a few of my colleague's scores. The scoring and badges create a fun way to stay motivated and to complete some of the optional trainings.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the program can be slow to track my progress so I can't tell if I've completed a training 100% I usually closeout and have to join again to see if progress has been made.
I haven't found the filters very helpful and can get lost while looking for specific training that is required. I am not sure how to improve this but the file folders and dropdowns don't seem to be as helpful as I wish they would be.

Covid 19 makes training impossible to do in person so MindTickle has been a fantastic way for me to get training and updates remotely.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great program. Seriously clean and easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a platform that can disseminate information across a department or organization. It is also fantastic for training. If the program UI requires you to create your own folders just know that you will need to keep those organized internally so that your employees can easily find the training they need.

Logging into a new environment to download content - should be integrated with corporate training materials for easier access

What do you like best about the product?
MindTickle is used for sales enablement in my company, it is very easy to use and helps me in my enablement to ensure I am always up to date with my company products, goals and mission.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything I do not like as of yet.

MindTickle has presented me with the opportunity to stay on top of current releases as well as keep my messaging up to date when speaking to customers.

I like most the ability to login to Mindtickle from my phone wherever I am, which is especially important for me being in Sales.

It's a little difficult to access completed list of videos/trainings, or inability to save clippings of training videos.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent tool! My training partner. I love that i can use the tool even when im not at home and connected to the VPN since it has an option to log in using an email or with my corporate id. What is liked a lot is that it inludes a section of gamification, where we can see and analyze our progress and compare with the peers that are included on the user universe. One of the main benefits is that I can easily keep track of the assigned and pending training topics and the required and optional training that i have. Also, i have a mobile app that i can use wherever i go, and where i can finish my pending topics if im in a hurry and i did not got back home by the time,
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the video does not adjust to the screen.
Sometime the mobile app takes forever to start, on android.
Sometimes the screen becomes unresponsive.
Sometimes if i already saw a video it does not mark as completed until i enter several times.
Sometimes the evaluations does not mark as answered.
Sometimes i commit mistakes on the surveys and i cant change the result

We use the tool for internal training and management defined training paths or special messaging thats wants to be delivered from management to all the internal audience.
Also using mindtickle they used the tool to prepare quizes and even challenge us to achieve and gain the points and be able to compare with our peers
