Trainings designed to the point
What do you like best about the product?
The messages are apt and the content is very beautifully presented. Also, the speed and the quality of the video can be changed based on the available bandwidth. The App is also beautifully done!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much! Everything is fine and as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting updated 'on-the-go' about our solutions is critical for my business. I'm able to achieve that with minimum time that I can spend on MindTickle learning about the solutions.

What do you like best about the product?
Interactive sessions. Effective speakers enabling sales person to effectively interact remotely with clients
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that you miss out on F2F interactions and at times are not able to gauge customer expressions effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to improve online / virtual interactions while presenting capabilities in an engaging and efficient way. Improve win-rates.

A great tool for learning
What do you like best about the product?
I like how you are able to line up videos and test in a sequential manner to form what will be a proper learning mechanism. Like how you can weave in tests to test whether the candidate learnt the topic or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
points? whats the point of that? with 100,000 people in the same org, you can see who spend their life on mindtickle
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
none so far. I used it before i joined the current company and continue using it now
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to use, If admins lay out the training material in a proper way, this tool can be really powerful
Very well designed and user friendly platform, with a great ranking model.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate interface: The homepage has everything that a user needs to know, which courses are in the pipeline, what are the due dates;
Individual ranking: incentivises users to try for better results, and creates a healthy competition between them, which can be used for variable compensation incentives as well;
User friendly interface: very comfortable looking, it doesn't get you tired, even after long courses.
Progress tracking while you are doing a course: increase the motivation and the willingness to finish the course, while lowering the anxiety of not knowing how much will it take to finish the session.

Hard to find any dislike, but I think the page for assessments could be better looking, it looks kind of rustic.
A feature that would be great is like a Skill Tree to be designed by the contractor, but with some cool standard templates. This would definitely increase the gamification for users and allow a whole new set of possibilities with the tool, serving as a guide for Career Development, and helping people give and have visibility of how to grow in their company.
Something as a "what's next" would be amazing also, it would definitely increase the usage of the platform.

I'm taking trainings in areas related to my job, so it's increasing my awareness of other people roles, and this increases the sense of belonging for me. Other than that, sometimes I'm assigned some mandatory trainings that would tend to be boring, but the platform makes it cool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
MindTickle is a very great tool for Sales Enablement. In my current company I had experiences with MT and other training platforms, but none has shown the same potential of engaging people and increasing the motivation on taking courses. It even enables compensation for the top performers on trainings.
So if you are looking for a tool that can handle high quality training material, a great user interface and easy to use + an amazing ranking system, I strongly recommend you to consider MindTickle at the top of your list.

Great learning experience
What do you like best about the product?
We use Mindtickle to complete and learn on mandatory Sales, Legal and other trainings. The dashboard is easy to use and to understand. The support if something is not working properly is outstanding and always on time. Mindtickle also works great on mobile and so you can do courses when travelling also on low bandwith.

At the moment there comes nothing to my mind

AN AWESOME UPSKILLING WAY
What do you like best about the product?
Well organized, ease of use, high quality video and audio with minimal bandwidth, above all it has a mobile version. Learning unlimited

Nothing specific to dislike at this moment.

upskilling and rapid learning about the company, product, competition etc. Biggest benefit of mindtickle is it helps to keep me relevant and updated to the role.
Easy to use and contains helpful info/resources
What do you like best about the product?
Contains lots of helpful info and courses with educational materials that are useful for getting acquainted with the day to day of my job.
What do you dislike about the product?
Materials can be a bit disorganized simply due to the volume of materials in the platform, and therefore it can be difficult to find some info/resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Completing training courses and learning about processes and product-related info in a typically quick course, that I can refer back to when needed.

I like the ease of quizzes or knowledge assessments, which are used predominantly for LinkedIn training.
What do you dislike about the product?
The structure sometimes is not intuitive when chapters are horizontal instead of vertical. Also, sometimes it takes a while to understand if a session has been completed until you "x" out. Seems like a lot is going on at times. We used to have all training content + knowledge assessments on MindTickle. However, recently we switched to remove training content from MindTickle, and instead house those on Sharepoint. MindTickle is still used for the quiz portion.

We do our training quizzes there for LinkedIn
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I am not too familiar with the competition and what alternatives there are, so I'm not the best one to recommend. However, it works. Is it amazing? Not really.

What do you like best about the product?
Mindtickle is a helpful tool to learn. I appreciate the lesson setup and testing structure of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if there were additional methods for creating a more interactive experience. Overall, the platform works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Learning new tools and capabilities within my company. Our firm needed a repository of training and learning materials to easily navigate new technology and offerings. Mindtickle provides a strong platform to enhance the user experience and learn.

Easy graphics interface, intuitive, saves your position if you get disconnected.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to click around too much to find courses that you're already enrolled in. The search feature doesn't work well.

It's made training easy and allows me to see what questions I've gotten wrong. after figuring out what I'm unclear about, I can go back to the training and bookmark pages that are important.
